I dont know why I got this idea now but maybe on second thought it could be a strategy from gael with his pose that we found him. I think he tried to lure us with his butt in to the painting world to burn it so the painting lady can keep painting the new world. After that we meet him in ringed city in the same pose where he trow a corpse at us. Maybe im this moment he tried to distract us with his butt to attack us when we least espect it. Imagine fighting agains gael and after he sommun the skulls he started to twerking. While we are distracted by him hus skulls fly out of our field of vision just to land behind us and sommun a lightning storm directly against us
