Sometimes I think you scratch golfers get a little to cocky with these challenges. A 5 handicapper is a very good golfer. Forward tees are a big head start. I like that you want to challenge yourself, but be careful with the advantage you give them. Big fan of yours Micah. Keep up the good work.

It also really depends on the golfer. I'm a 4 handicap but I lose almost all my strokes off the tee with driver in hand. If I had this advantage, I would fair much better in a challenge like this vs someone who struggles with their short game who plays to a 5.

@@bwalsh1105what are you waffling about 😭 getting a 100yd advantage is too much of an advantage for a 5hcp. Even if his driver sucks, he can still play a long iron/wood and be 50 yds ahead of a scratch golfer.

Love the content but it’s very easy to root against you lol as for tour quality comments, I feel like people don’t understand that there is less than 125 secured cards each year. It is very hard to be a part of that, Micah is one of us, until he’s not. Hits it a mile long but every CC has a guy that hits it a mile long. Love the content, keep it up! Congrats on 500K

When you play someone less handicap than you, you have a mental edge and if you do win you will think oh I gave them a running start. When you play Bryan bro or Grant, we need to see you rise and beat them(stroke play), it will do a world of help to your future golf game : winning tourneys.

67 in a pro tournament without a driver (broke on driving range) is so much better than scratch it's not even funny. Scratch just means zero. You don't have to be that good to be scratch. Abacoa from the tips is course and slope rated 75.0/142, so his 67 calculates to a +6.3 (aka way fucking better than scratch...without a driver too). Carry on regurgitating the opinions of dipshit youtube commenters though.

By the way in case you are interested Palm Beach National is a popcorn, easy Golf Course of only 6,700 yards from the tips! That wouldn't even be the blues on a championship course championship course so realize the you tube smoke and mirrors you are witnessing! You can play this golf course for $ 22.00 so don't get any illusions that this is some great Palm Beach golf course! 6700 yds is hyper short!

Sometimes Micah is just too cocky. A 5 handicapper is still a very good golfer, so not surprised he was able to beat him. Micah’s short game still needs A LOT of work to be anywhere near pro level
