Love these types of darts games. I did this one once a few years ago on a day out with my son. Won him a big Tiger teddy. There's a few different ones, I've seen them were the scoring segments are half as wide so you get 40 segments, with the aim to score less than 11 with 4 darts but you have to hit different segments with each dart, so single 1, 2, 3 and 4. Definitely a leveller these games but addictive, lol. Great video.👍

I actually won on this exact game at Bridlington! The bloke looked absolutely gutted, especially with a dart to spare. And the wording of "more than 8" makes it sound easier than it is

Great video. The fourth variable though was the target that you're throwing at!! These stalls have bugged me for years because they're always on the take and for a fiver a go, I'm pretty certain that the prize isn't even worth that.

Of course. But that is not the point imo. It is about fair play. If you are skilled player you should have a fair chance. I guess one could practice for that distance and light darts? Idk.

One in Southport pleasure land you have a wall of playing cards think you have to hit 3 different ones or picture cards I can't remember, but nailed it first time anyway.

Matt I did it at blackpool. Five darts hit under 16 and only one number of each to win a huge lifesize toy. It was windy, ,5 gram darts and half size paper board. I threw them hard as possible and I hit 1 2 3 4 5 and won a 4 ft Winnie the Pooh for little un. You know how hard that was to do. I had one go and did it. The then Mrs egged me on and say your good at darts it will be easy... I did it but it's almost impossible with all the variables . Youve got to launch them to have a chance. Bang on that you need to hit it first or second time.

I actually went past that on the pier yesterday before heading to the Matchplay sadly didn't have the time to have a crack at it myself. Spent too much time on the 2p Machines in Coral Island 🤣

Would also have tought that I would win this because I am pretty good at playing darts (for a hobby player) but with thinking about all these differences to throwing on a regular board I think I would not even try this if I saw it somewhere. Moreover the only games like this I remeber were the ones where you had to hit balloons which I did not see for a long time by now maybe they disappeared because it was to easy to hit.

Good video matt, like it.....what about the pool table you see sometimes? clear up, win the money. £2-win £5. £4- win £10 ...Iffy cues, tight pockets, outside. People watching. Skill still wins there though if you " have a particularset of skills" ..I got banned from playing after a few days and £100 in my pocket. Lol.

@@Edgartvdarts : yer things like this were a £1 when I was little lol , what about a future video you create summit similar on a spare old board and practice at it , make a video out of it getting a score over 8 5x in a row 🤷🏽‍♂️ could take spidering off a board and draw the patterns with a tip-ex pen and recreate the number patterns from ur video 👍🏼
