I bought an x3 RS Turbo RR last year. I would have considered moving up to the new model R but the 77" width was the deal breaker as that becomes a problem for trailers, storage and trails. I wish they had stayed with the 72" width.

Yeah they're getting crazy widths, and it definitely becomes a trailering issue

You won't have to install a front bulkhead like you did wit the X3. We suspect the lower A-arms are much stronger but that has yet to be proven completely.

Can’t call it the worlds fastest without comparing it to the other 2 top models from Polaris and Speed. All 3 are similar weights but only the Speed comes with 300hp if a owner decides to buy the speed key. So until you do a shootout there’s no sense it glamourizing the new maverick R.

I agree with you that you cannot call the Mavic R the worlds fastest when it has not been compared to other manufacturers. But when you talk about the speed car with the speed key. If you are using the speed key that is not stock. You are adding a tune and E 85 to the car that is not stock.

@@RDA8191it is certainly fastest in stock trim. I own a maverick r as well as a pro r. They both shine in certain areas but the canam is faster. I also previously owned a turbo RR and it was also quicker than the pro r.
