Its nice to put in a good set of sound system on a big bike special them Can-ams.Best to get weather proofed speakers that Can-am mounts on their jet Skies.Remember its not just the equiptment that counts for good sound. Its also of what kind of music genre you play to get the kind of music you listen while on a joyride.
I used to tinker with car audio systems and I found out that even if you've got the BEST of hardware IF the genre SUCKS expect it to be in the WORSE level."Garbage in,Garbage out." So before playing out the music;try to have other people listen and get their honest opinion of what appeals to their ears.Goodluck in getting good music to play publicly.
I got the boss audio 4 speaker set up two on the bars 2 on the side drilled in the removel panel sound good to me paired with the Bluetooth helmet can hear up to 100 mph
I did so much system set ups when I was a kid, I’m just not interested as an older dude. I like the sound of my exhaust! Vroooom! My buddy has a nice Bluetooth sound bar in his work truck. I may consider that. Some form of tunes would be nice.
Can you tell us why do people want more than one speaker at what is the most you can put on your Ryker? seen at least 4 on someone Ryker on your channel. Why do people want a lot of speakers and what is the most you seen on one Ryker?
I did a DS18 setup with the 6.5 towers. Beyond loud with the matching amp. Towers sitting above the air boxes but I’m going to put them in the smaller pods and check the sound. My amp is ran under my seat, perfect space for it and my phone runs the entire setup with the ds18 Bluetooth module. Thinking about getting with Audio Hoggz in the fall and doing a custom setup to add a sub but I don’t want to lose my passenger mount.
I did the speaker placement on the yellow & gold bike. Speaker placement should look like it came factory on the bike. They also should be close to your head. The Ryker has no alternator so be careful what system you do. You could have problems later. Quality & clean power is always better than just plain loud with distortion. Also systems should be tuned. You know like crossover points. 6 1/2 & 8 inch woofer don't play a lot of bass. They should be crossed over at about 100 hertz. The system will play more efficiently.
Bro I'm dying! Been watching your channel for the last 2hrs and you're hilarious as hell! Speaking facts but funny AF! I've seen some outrageous stuff on these rykers. But I guess it's a way to show your creative side. Do you have anything showing how to do the rear pole mounts? I did the basic ds18 system with side mounted pods near the knee
The place in California can't contact them at the number. I have a 2013 RT Limited. Any ideas where I should mount on an RT? I'm thinking the passenger heated hand grips?
