7:06 The shift module is a VERY common problem with the Spyders and SHOULD be recalled by Can-Am as it is a safety issue, but Can-Am is more focused on making money than making a reliable machine. The shift module will get worse and soon it won't work at all and you won't be able to go into neutral or reverse/downshift, this costed me $750 which is covered by the warranty, but I didn't want to have my bike in the shop for 2 weeks waiting on crap that should have been fixed 7 years ago.
That’s the big problem for me. I was already w/o it for about 3 weeks due to water pump. I think I am going to try to hold out until it gets very cold and nasty outside. We pay to much for these machines to have these problems.
Hey man love your channel. I have a 2018 F3-T. My shift module would not let me shift up through the gears, BP replace with no money out of my pocket, they are aware of the issue with the module. Good luck
Trunk organizer mounts in the tub. You don't want to drill into your lid. Works great. Keep an eye out for your content. My spyder is heavily modified so looking forward to see what u do with yours. Mine seems to have coolant issues in cooler/cold weather..
Lookin good man. Didn’t hear about the shift problem. Mine has been operating fine. Didn’t buy the extended warranty however it might be a good idea, mine is a 2021 F-3S. Maybe it’s not a bad idea.😉
Hello Sir, i have pretty much the same bike here in Germany. I can´t seem to find the carbon decals online. Could you please direct me? Love your bike and thx for the great info you previde!
Cup holder came from Lamosta Garage. Very simple to install with one bolt. I did a video. I will look for it and provide a link. Let me know when you get yours.
Thanks for the feedback. I will double check that tomorrow. Dealer hasn’t mentioned anything in regards. I will pull the bulletins. I will update! Thanks!
i havw a question i bought a rally last year i want to trade it i purchase the extended waranty can i move it over tothe new bike?thank best channel for syder info
What I have been advised is that your old extended warranty will be prorated and difference in the monetary funds will be sent to you. You would then enter a new contract with the new bike.
