Well, that was a nice gift for sure. We were in you area last week sort of. Couple of days in Perth and Gananoque. I am happy you enjoy the trip videos and I appreciate your interest in the channel.
I really enjoy the way you document your journey. The scenery is splendid, the kind I really look for and enjoy on my Spyder. And the Avro Arrow would have made Canada a worldwide leader in aviation and aeronautics; scrapping that program, in my opinion, was the worst decision made by any Canadian government. I look forward to your next video! Cheers!
Thanks Richard I appreciate your support. When I was in college many years ago my Physics teacher was one of the engineers that worked on the Arrow before he went into teaching. He told us many great stories of the program and about the disappointment when the program was cancelled. There are lots of conspiracy theories on why, but we will never really know. The next video is in editing... stay tuned.
Great Video. Love your adventures and the way you document them. Tess and I are thinking of heading over to the Kinmount area next weekend, any suggestions on nice Spyder freindly roads? We see you're still riding solo?
Pick up the the Monck Road (45) off either Rama road or 169 and take it to Norland and then continue on to Kinmount. After Kinmount you can keep going west on 503 to Tory Hill, north to Minden, or south to Fenelon. Possibilities are endless. Thanks for following along and congrats on the new bike. The solo rides are finally over (next video, she's back). Leslie has been looking after some family stuff that has taken up a chunk of the summer.
I ran into that a couple of times last year on our trips in Northern Ontario and Quebec. You have to pay attention. 28 litres 2 up pulling a trailer don't go to far. LOL
