Can-Am x3 Thermostat Replacement (EVP Thermostat Delete Kit) 

Someone said removing the rear passanger seat may give you access. I have a bench seat and I didn't give it a try

Thanks for letting me know I've actually never heard of that. Luckily I haven't riveted the skid plate yet and will check that out

Ive done 3 trails so far and it hasn't overheated. I believe the first trails it went a little above half and I think it was due to me not bleeding the coolent correctly.

And on the last 2 did it stay at 4 bars? Were you giving it all the beans or just trail cruising

Ive done 3 since I responded 😅 and regular trail rides in over 100 degree weather. It won't get the full beans until my glamis trip in October. I will for sure update my channel if it fails.

My 23 X3 is overheating a lot! The radiator is clear and clean, fans come on, and coolant is full. I’m thinking the thermostat is stuck shut for whatever reason.. I trail ride and mud in mine. Do you think this kit will help me?

That's very good to know for future reference. Unfortunately, I have a bench seat, and it's a hassle to remove it to get in that area.
