Good convo. I think that: - It's hard (not impossible) for an alpha woman to be with an alpha man because being alpha means being a leader, dominant, there can't be 2 leaders, to me there's a pilot and co-pilot - It's good to have a great job but you shouldn't be married to it, men don't care about our money and career - You shouldn't be waking up in your 40s wanting kids and a relationship, you should be in your soft era in your 20s-30s already I love that Quiana said the truth: - You can't have it all! - Eggs are geriartric starting 35 no matter how healthy/good you look For the woman who sent her question: - Men need to feel needed - She sounds like she's already the man of her life - You shouldn't be needing a man to live true but you need to show yourself as somebody who can be in a couple/partnered

It's a delicate balance between building a business and nurturing your marriage. I am grateful that my husband is verbal because I miss the clues. What has kept me is that we decided early on in our marriage to have a dedicated date night. On some of those nights, we just sit with each other and watch a show. It's enough sometimes. Thank you so much for sharing and praying. I pray you continue to let God guide you on the journey.

Thank you so much for this video crystal, grateful for Quiana's story there are so many gems that were valuable in her story. I definitely appreciate her speaking on her story with real estate and wanting to actually take the time to explain to people what they are getting into. I am a homeowner and the real estate lady that I had was also black but she only cared about a check and this inspired me to want to help more people as well with purchasing their first-time home and having the knowledge behind the experience.

This was a great conversation! I feel you can have it at the same time if your partner wants the same thing. I am a Libra ♎️ and we need a partner that can balance you. I feel when you are in a position that is demanding, you have to have tough conversations with your partner. If you can prioritize your work life, you should be able to do it in your personal. I feel that in a relationship, you have to CHECK IN with your partner. I am so happy you explained ALPHA FEMALE. My girls always talk about this. I always say, "I want to sit in the passenger seat and let him drive." We have to be able to take the BOSS hat on and put the WOMANs hat on. Take time to relax, relate, and release. It's possible to have it all, it's just going to take ALOT OF WORK.

This was an awesome video! As a woman who is working on growing my own business, while being married and with a child I've learned to set healthy boundaries. I take one day off out of the week where I focus solely on spending intimate time with my family. No real estate business is done on that day. I think it's good if we can set some healthy boundaries where we can so those who are a part of our lives don't feel neglected. I don't know Quiana personally but I do believe she serves as a great inspiration for female business owners in real estate.
