Yes when they are taught another language. But in all seriousness Since God can make a Donkey talk He could help you speak in an unlearned language if it is only you and that other person and you need to witness. It can happen if the Lord wants it to happen. But not ever in the charismatic way. Ever!
Totaly wrong! If we dont need the gifts of speaking in tongues becouse now we are more mature then we dont need all the the gifts of the Holy Spirit. I have not read anywere in the bible that Holy Spirit give the gifts to the children of God according to his will and after take away according to who's will? Can we know when exactly Holy Spirit take away the gifts from us? What He was thinking? Mabe now my children you dont need my gifts becouse you have all the books you need. This logic it send to the path; ok i dont need the gifts, i dont need the power, i dont need to hear from Him, I dont need him to speak to me, I dont need the gift of faith, no healings. I need a book and a Holy Spirit without power and gifts. We can't take in and take out his gifts. He choose, we accept. Holy Spirit come with love, power and gifts. Me and you cant separate him from what He is.
I dont know how can you say such a thing that church attained its maturity, if it obviously has not yet. Read the history of the church and youll see that the church is far from maturity in understanding God. So misunderstanding
He's not talking about the church attaining maturity or completion. It is the word of God that had become complete after John wrote the book of Revelation.
