I had food poisoning last week. I watched some videos about it and I'm also a Dark Souls player. RU-vid's algorithm then suggests me an animated girl, playing Dark Souls 1, after consuming laxatives. RU-vid, don't change anything else in the algorithm, it's perfect.

"works natural with your body" + "Stimulant Free" (i think) = some weak ass placebo most likely. So yea they work but you could just drink some more milk and have even stronger effect than those.
The drop is an rng so what speedrunners do is they just restart the run until they get it. I'd say guaraneeing it so you get rid of the restarts doesn't in essence change anything.
