I can't call myself a fan of souls games if I haven't played the Dark Souls series so here we go! Don't forget to subscribe to see how it goes: / @heysidplays
Elden Ring is the easiest of the bunch, so prepare yourself for ALOT you'll be going through ;) And above all play the way you find most comfortable, don't be dragged by others's opinions on how you should or shouldn't play, and what you should or shouldn't use.
@@HeySidPlays Dark Souls 2 has alot of good things, but depending on the point of view, alot of terrible others to balance the scale, it's in a very weird spot for me. As for the hardest I'd say Dark Souls 3, but also the best and most fair game in the series, it is also far more linear than other entries, aswell as also the biggest game in terms of content, it was the ultimate culmination of everything FromSoft did from DS1, to Bloodborne at the time.
It is so interesting to see you play Dark souls 1 being that I have only played dark souls 1 and am currently working on dark souls 3, like the video. Thing in the top left count is humanity, you have soft and hard humanity. Soft is the humanity you have next to your health bar, hard humanity is the ones you have in your inventory. 1 humanity and pressing "reverse hollowing" turns you human and you can summon other players for bosses and also get invaded, also can kindle bonfires to give you more estus.
Sid, you can jump in Dark souls, in main area you can jump on that building, search up youtube as there are items to pick up, and bird can take you back to Asylum for.. adventure.. Also on the left side of that building in main hub there is path down to skeletons. As for emotional harm DS1 is 3/10, DS3 can be 6/10.. Dark Souls 2 with DLC? 9,5/10. Upload more man it's amazing to watch you!
Thank you, I’m really glad you enjoy watching! I try to upload as much as I can but unfortunately I’m quite busy and don’t get a lot of time to record and edit, but I’ll work as fast as I can! I don’t like looking up guides because I like to play blind. By main area do you mean Firelink Shrine? I’ll need to explore it more!
@@HeySidPlays Yes Sid, Firelink Shrine, you should explore it a lot, items and different ways to go to new areas if you are stuck in current. I'm looking forward to see your videos man, it's such amazing content!
First, lets get things straight. First of all, the game was design arounds shields and blocking and sometimes even parrying. Second of all, firekeeper souls make your estus heal more ifnyou give them to a firekeeper (the girl in the cell at firelink). Third of all, humainity heals you full and raises the Humanity stat (enhances specific stats like drop chances, defenses and more.)
@@HeySidPlays once you ring both bells and visit Sen's fortress A dude who looks like Loki will appear under the bridge that leads to the undead burg (right next to the corpse that has a ring of sacrifice). He sells the master key some crystal gear, some solid armor, and some good rings. You might have to defeat the Iron Golem at the end of Sen's fortress first though I'm not sure.
@@HeySidPlays The second bell is after the capra demon. go down the stairs outside his lair after defeating him (he'll drop a key you need) go up the stairs (should lead to a sewer with a merchant, and a door that leads back to firelink which will likely be useful), and once you have the shortcut unlocked go back and use the depths key (from capra) on the door to the left of the stairs. There's an ember almost immediately in there guarded by a butcher. Further into the area you'll find the entrance to blight town where the boss guarding the second bell is. She's in a cave in a forested part of the lower swamp guarded by a couple of fat boulder throwers.
it is easy the bosses are atleast but i hate the mobs. but once you clear anor londo its not that bad you get quiute heavy armor and stamina plus a big health bar
@@HeySidPlays That's my main issue with the game, I came from newest series back to oldest (ds3 - ds2 - ds1) and I heard so much babling about ds2 movement that it's slow and boring, yet, ds1 somehow feels even more slow to me, due to 4 directional roll and a 1 attack direction. Basically, in newer games, you can slightly follow up enemy movement by turning your character slightly, in ds1 there's no way to do that.
