With a 300% Total AD Ratio on E passive in Arena (200% everywhere else), Thresh can get a LOT of burst out, dealing 400% of his Total AD on a 10-second-charged auto attack, plus any Energize effects or on-hits, including 1.5 times his number of Souls from his passive.
Though Stormrazor and Statikk Shiv are either removed or reworked on Summoner's Rift, the prior still stands strong in Arena with high AD, Energize damage, and Critical Chance, as well as the uniquely powerful crit item, Sword of the Divine, and Rapid Firecannon's higher than usual 200 magic damage, is this enough for AD Thresh to oneshot the Juggernauts and crazily-buffed Champions of Arena?
