Rikudou, my brother, you have to get rid of the armor before cell max can be damaged. The tests aren't the best cause of that fact. I'd assume you'd have to survive it by tanking it with health not his armor
he isn't, he has no combos, very few moves, easy to avoid, can't fly (even though he has wings ???) and gets stunned for 8 years when his stamina runs out
