No strings attached is definitely the better version of friends with benefits. It also came out first. These two also came out not that long after black swan in which Mila Kunis’ character wanted to be Natalie Portman’s character so I always found it funny how these movies came out right after that. It’s like they were still following each other, well Mila following Natalie I mean lol
0:38 A blue moon is "the second full moon occuring within a calendar month" (Collins Dictionary). The next blue moon occurs on May 31, 2026. The phrase "once in a blue moon" is an informal way of saying "very rarely" (Collins Dictionary).
No strings attached was way better 😂. Watched that movie quite a few times. Best line was when one of the girls says it looks like a crime scene in my panties 🤣. I almost gagged and my wife spit her drink out 🤣.
Not gonna lie but Jake is the only white guy that I've ever seen that actually looked good in a fedora. That man with those eyes and jawline is so🔥fine😍
15:39 Since Taylor Swift grew up on a tree farm, I went to a tree farm and cut down a tree during the Christmas season. Still had the tree on Super Bowl Sunday when she flew from Japan to see her boyfriend play in the game. The game was the most viewed television program in history.
0:53 Brewsky's is a sports bar in Lincoln where we used to play free Texas Hold 'Em tournaments (Free Poker Night). "Weird Wally," a local Lincoln celebrity, used to play with us all the time.
12:33 I watched the film Black Swan (2010) after the Super Bowl! (Second time watching it) Natalie Portman won the Academy Award for Best Actress for her portrayal of Nina Sayers. I watched it because I thought it would be awesome to have a ballet event that was as spectacular as the Super Bowl!
Definitely preferred friends with benefits... But I'm confused, is Alex like a new constant member of react?? I know he had that big live show tour and is heavily part of the Try Guys.. Did react snatch away some talent or is he just doing both now?
It is not a comedy in the slightest. I think some people forget Rom-Com is actually short for romantic comedy especially considering some of the guesses
Friends with Benefits is better, but I have slight bias cuz I don’t like Natalie Portman and absolutely love Mila Kunis. Friends with Benefits was phenomenal
14:18 Chicago (2002) won the Academy Award for Best Picture my premiere year of my master's program. At the time, my favorite restaurant was Old Chicago and a girl that I was romantically interested in worked there.
11:22 I used to have the VHS tape of Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), the Hollywood film debut of Michelle Yeoh. The mascot for Doane University is a tiger and the unofficial mascot for my dojo is a dragon and she starred in Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Her film Royal Warriors (1986) is on my February Watchlist (recommended from The Cobwebs Channel).
