On the 4 kings, if you keep attacking after defeating one while its dying, it'll still do damage to the boss health bar, I never see anyone point that out
you didn't do this run the most elegant way in places, but that casual mention of using an alluring skull on the hollows to kill the sorceror is GENIUS. that's definitely going to help me on some harder runs in the future
Not gonna lie, over the course of this 10 moonlight butterfly long video you've definitely conditioned me to think and understand your new time measurement. And honestly im gonna use it in my normal day to day when timing things
Not only do I remember playing those games and my neck hurting but nowadays as a welder I get to experience that soreness all over daily. Run was fun and your commentary + music alone as me subbed bro
I can't believe I'm subscribing to a n00b, lol. Try a no death run, it builds character, you have some followers who would watch. The whole struggle would be fun to watch: to get 99 humanity through glitches, get the stone armour before Sif and finally get havel's and steel prot ring in Sen's...eventually get havel's set, a +5 giant set and Smough's set. I'd also go for lighter weps like the BK sword, not the halberd. No grasscrest, use green herbs and a dragon crest/(normal)crest shield depending on the situation. I did it once with the BK greatsword, because I wasn't getting either the sword or halberd. One of my all-time favourite runs, very satisfying.
Actually, I remember bruteforcing my way through Izalith without the orange charred ring the first time around. I speak from personal experience when I say it's possible not to wear the ring and still go through the lava lakes. Edit: I'm feeling delighted by this 10 moonlight butterflies video 😂
Objectively speaking following through with Siegward's questline in Dark Souls III is a good thing. He would have died without you multiple times on his journey and the only reason he dies at the end is because he fulfilled his promise to his best friend and didn't see the point in going on anymore. Patches gets a good ending if you do the DLC. Greirat ends up at worse coming out neutral.
@@pink-flower. I'm inclined to disagree only because going through his entire questline does have him die while out on one of his adventures, no matter what you do. The only difference is where.
dude target and walmart game stations im old i remember toysRus game stations playing armored core 1 on that was banging and the headache inducing virtuaboy
It definitely has the same effectiveness as one though 😅 I always do the soul dupe glitch so I can get 99 endurance as fast as possible so I can still light roll 💀
This is some kinda sussy viewbotted channel. I've never seen a channel with 700 subs go from like sub 100 views a video to 20k back to 100 views the next
I used to go to a book/video game store in my hometown back when halo 3 came out. Played that for hours and then it changed to one of the Guitar Hero games. My poor neck
Not far in yet but I can already tell this is gonna be a great video, been playing the souls games since I was 6 and never thought about doing this challenge, I’ve always just run whatever build I think is the coolest haha
7:37 DON'T BUY LESS THAN 999!!!...lol, I hope I got someone's attention. This glitch works if you prompt ANYTHING at 999 or less, so what I'm saying is: -go to buying the max wood arrows you can(like 632) in the MERCHANT arrow menu -chose cancel instead -go into YOUR options(highlighting "quit game" for pc, "brightness" for Switch) and perform the glitch as you do not need those arrows in your inventory to do it, only to cancel dropping them or buying them so that the highest number you can prompt is ready for the swap ^ that gives me an extra dozen or so soul levels when I do a casual speedrun/serious no death run(I go for "any BK" weapon, trying the halberd first, then sword, then G-sword and finally...I don't like the axe)
Man, I was disappointed when the video ended. 127.5 Moonlight Butterflies is a long time, so hopefully part 2 doesn't take forever to come out! Either way, I'm looking forward to it!
Great video! Fantastic narration, music selections and editing! Glad YT recommended your video randomly last night. lol. Sub def earned! Cant wait for the next video! :)
You want to know how dumb kid me was? My first experience with Dark Souls, was a demo kiosk of Dark Souls 2 at Best Buy, it was literally just the whole game. I didn't even get to have my first proper death in Dark Souls. Because Dark Souls insists on using the Japanese control scheme, I couldn't even figure out how to make a character. And I gave up, and went to play the Donkey Kong Country Returns kiosk instead. Truly the Dark Souls death of all time.
Its funny bc me and my brother plays the souls games like a coop game and we play differently builds ourselves but the builds we use are the same. Im a cleric witch and hes the tank.
Most of the time I leave these kinds of videos playing in the background while I'm doing something else on the PC. This time though I caught that nonsense through the Giant's Graveyard, and that was an impossible amount of luck to get through
Fun fact. You can hit the ghosts without a transient curse. You just need the curse status effect and all the debuffs it applies to your character. Like half health and no humanity gains .
hey man great video, didnt even notice time pass only the one thing i guess i would suggest, specially in moments like 28:50, like even tho i know it's not a meme video or a documentary or anything, theese have minimal editing, but i think it would benefit from you at least pausing the main background music and just maybe have firelink shrine's bgm there, instead of that hard metal song idk i felt what you were saying but the mood of the song was a bit jarring
@@heyimricky8311 oh man, im just looking as a viewer, i've never done big scale content before, so respect with that alone. my only thing is it really felt like you were joking because the music kept going, so much so i had to double back and confirm that in fact you like the bonfire
well, if I remember my lore correctly Quelanna (the covenant spider lady) canonically suffers less for each humanity you give her. so, as long as you don't kill her for her firekeeper soul, she's better off for you interacting with her. EDIT: ...well, ignoring the whole you just murdered her sister part. kinda forgot about that. I'd argue she's still not as bad off as some of the other folks you "help" throughout the series but that is a definite point against you.
DEFINITELY! the UNGA-BUNGGA Spiked-Club / Great Club build was the best for me (even up to Elden Ring)...the Scythe build was my 2nd best (because of the reach)! Then 3rd will be the UGS build (but too boring).
