As someone who’s also only fought the enderdragon once, this was exactly what it felt like lol. Except a lot more dying and trying to recover items for friends. We came in with brand new diamond armor and left nearly broken hahaha. You captured the stress of the final fight really well, and while I know that isn’t usually what this series is like, it was definitely the right call for this episode. I see so many people breeze through the fight I forget how hard it actually can be as an average player! Also as everyone else has said, huge fan of the artistic reimagining. Extremely funny.
IDEA: Disarm a pillager! Idk if this is still possible, but basically all you have to do is make a pillager shoot you until their crossbow breaks (you’re going to need a couple of shields and a lot of patience lmao). Then the pillager won’t be able to hurt you anymore! Maybe you can have the disarmed pillager to be stationed in the skeleton dungeon, or as a gatekeeper for the end portal if you ever transform that room, or even throw him in a cage over a pit of dripstone spikes on display so future pillager patrols don’t get any ideas

A tip for overworld nether portal : you can add a bunch of magma blocks and lave around the portal! And also i love your videos and i have watching your videos scince episode 0

The end poem is one of my favorite things about the end fight. I find myself thinking about it sometimes and I feel like it boosts my mood. I definitely recommend people take the time to read it when they first defeat the dragon. End raiding is hard to make interesting for the most part, I think a livestream + recap vid is a nice idea. You'd've most likely made a bunch of cuts so may as well make them a part of it officially. Looking forward to the next video!

You could perhaps use the stronghold to make a super cool base or even to repurpose it into an ancient city (no not this one) or an ancient building with let’s say, a few villagers that are immortal and are the remnants of what lived there. I don’t know if that is understandable.
Watching u beat the Enderdragon without the pumpkin heads and beds was like a never seen before experience 😭 also, loved the ‘montage’. Truly a cinematic masterpiece

Your Minecraft series is very good and very nostalgic, as if it took the essence of the game's golden age, in the game there is a texture in the resource pack It's called "Programmer's Art" and when you activate it the textures change to the old textures from the pre-1.14 game. Could you play with this texture in one of the episodes?

SoupSoup i have a texture pack reccomendation its called over programmed on pmc it mixes the quality of the new textures with the charm of the old textures and it gives it that old school minecraft vibe which i think is what you are going for with this series
I want to say that if you want to use multiple different armor sets it might be a good idea to look into armor trims to differentiate between ones that are the same tier (for example your dragonslayer armor could be like end city trims with amethyst material)
