Is it? (Please I play imperator Rome not watching any tutorial at all) I usually only focus on the other 2 like reducing the cost of building cities and building and then focus on taxes + road cost and then character loyalty + province loyalty and then on the last one then I will be focusing on army technology
@@IncontenentiaButtuximo I feel that in single player taking military techs turns out to be a waste 90% of the time as you can beat the AI even without them no matter how small you are by hiring mercenaries. I prefer the focus on religious tech and getting the unintegrated culture happiness and militant Epicureanism
@@STORYSEEKER1 for example if you start with or plan expanding heavily into multicultural \ multifaith territories it's quite good to focus on faith tech and diplomacy tech to unlock temples and theatres, although you need to already have cities to use those, as a tribe is probably more useful focusing on other strengths (like commerce and military)
@@HomelessInternetTroll "We have to free them from the Spanish" Yeah they are so opressed by us that they alongside the Catalans are the most financially privileged provinces in all Spain. Victim mentality...
I was at camp for a week. It was really hot and everyone else kept shouting at each other and all I could think was "Man, I really want to watch Laith play a Fire Emblem Game." But I guess 229 days of asking isn't enough...
Laith; you should start as a Tribe From Northern Germany, Denmark or Southern Sweden, People from there did in reality pillage down to Rome twice. I think they were known as the Cimbrians at that point, but unsure if they are in Imperator...
@@jackbradley4737 possibly, do we know if the "proto-goths" were nomadic or sedentary, if so that could tell of if they would be in the same rough area as later or if they would have migrated between then and when the game starts.
Quick tip: You should click the queued events on the right because they usually give you stability or gold Also there is a territory rank map mode that shows cities
Would love to see you pull off a carthage i:r to stellaris Mega campaign maybe as a sub goal for 250k subscribers or maybe a little lower to be realistic
I think the first mission where you can peacefully make your neighbor a feudatory was a mistake by Laith (there would be plenty of wars for viewer engagement anyway lol). They're the most op type of vassal in Imperator - they don't cost a diplo slot, contribute money and join all wars. The power of having a swarm of them or even just a few cannot be underestimated and won me countless campaigns. My favorite thing to do as any major power is gift and improve relations with as many of them as possible soon as you start and even the most far away of them will eventually join you as long as their in your culture group and diplo range. The Antigonids for example can add like 20 or so including Epirus within a year lol.
