» New potential mini build series? I'm attempting to build an apartment in every world in The Sims 4 using the new For Rent expansion pack. Today I'm starting with Oasis Springs and making a low-rise 4 story apartment building with 5 units and a rooftop gym! Each unit is completely different and suitable for completely different families and budgets. I hope you enjoy this style of video and please let me know what theme I should do next!

I'm so glad you're starting a new build series! I'd like to see Komorebi next, please! I think it would be interesting if you built the general layout using Japanese apartment standard floorplan, but you could experiment with the decor!

Answering a couple of your questions 1) Yes! I think this is a great idea for a series and I’d love to see more ❤ 2) Personally, my favorite part of watching Sims builds is the interior decoration. Even if I download and move my own Sims in with totally different personalities, I still download fully furnished versions rather than shells because I like to see what the original creator did with the space. But I 100% get that it’d be a huge commitment for this series and respect that you may not have the time or energy for that

agree i always choose fully furnished builds because i dont want to play as every family that moves in, or just spend tonnes of time in build mode. however, i know how time consuming it is so i understand

Yes to a mini series of apartments. Would mind you furnishing at least one apartment to your liking and then the rest just have the basic, kitchen counters and the the bathrooms.

IDEAS FOR OTHER WORLDS: henford on bagley- a cottage inn sulani- resort/villa strangerville- motel granite falls- cabins britechester- dorms san myshuno- (new york style) town houses windenburg-town houses with shops on the first floor (shop ideas, book store or cafe)

I used to live in an apartment and was on the fourth/top floor. Occasionally, I have nights where I just can't sleep. This was one of those nights. Eventually, I was exhausted enough to collapse. A little while later I woke and thought, “Hun, the room is swaying.” and fell back asleep, didn't think any of it when I woke up. I learned later that day we had had an earthquake.

This Apartment Building is beautiful! I would choose the lighter colour scheme in the second floor :) I think you forgot the trash can, and in future, I would love to see a mini series and you decorating every apartment ;))

Also, yes I prefer to have all units finished and that’s only because I want to move other sims in them and be done, without having to decorate theirs along with mine too.

Awesome idea for a series! I do like the idea of maybe furnishing 2 apartments per build: one at the lowest price point offered and one at the highest? I know I get tons of inspiration from your interiors, and I think that would give other people a good idea of the possibilities within each build! Can't wait to see more :)

Love the build❤ and answering your question, I was at 7th floor on the day February 6 Earthquake in Turkey happened one year ago. And that was the worst day of my life. Love and peace out to all people in the world who witnessed/experienced big earthquakes. My heart is with you all ❤

Yes I’d want a series. I’m personally an interior girlie so I’d like to see you decorate but I know it’s a lot. However your builds are beautiful. I could watch you create a dog house and be entertained lol.

Love this idea! And this is one of the most realistic apartment builds I've seen in the sims! You can tell you're basing it off your own experience! I personally don't mind either way of furnishing; I think this way is more realistic for a new building in town that doesn't have any tenants yet, and it could be fun to fill in the blanks. But I can also see how it can be fun to look at your fully furnished build and create sims catered to how you filled in the spaces. That's what I often do if I want to create more townies so that I don't just default to making the same kinds of sims over and over 😆

Yes please continue this series! I would love it if you could do an apartment build like this, but have all of the appliences the exact same. (My apartment building comes fully furnished. It is a copy pase of all the same stuff, including the beds, couch, barstools, pendit lights, tv console cabinet thing, and other things.) Then you choose different astetics to furnnish the different apartments with. If you want you could copy and paste the floor plan too, but i know that can get a bit repetitive. I love watching the build come to life with your interior design style. Personally I don't play the sims, but just binge watch videos like this☺☺

Love the apartment and would love for this to be a series! I’m looking for places with parking lots and cars/bikes in them just to make it feel more alive, so maybe that’s something that’d be nice to add

Since I saw this video after searching for Del Sol Valey mansions, I think its a sign it should be next 😌 Particularly, those downtown areas since I still don't know what to make of there! Its big but not high-end so making it into apartments would fit well I think

Love this build, and love the series idea you're doing. I personally don't care if it's all furnished and lived in, that's a lot. Just the basic amenities for each unit are and look perfect. Maybe would love one unit decorated as lived in.

Please make this into a series❤️❤️❤️ I love how you included some furniture to help us imagine more how to use the space. Hopefully you can have some builds that have maybe 1 room or shared space as fully furnished as many times layouts of simmers are just so creative and beautiful but I’m unable to recreate it myself.

I love this idea for a series! Please continue! Personally, watching the furnishing and personalized touches are what make Sims builds enjoyable for me to watch. I enjoy exterior builds, but that's never been the appeal for me. I want to see lots of different spaces. That's what was so great about the Alphabet series. I want to see Sims builders' imaginations at work. There's only so much personality you can see from the shell of a building. I'd be down if you wanted to just fully furnish ONE unit in each building. Just an idea. But I'm gonna watch no matter what. 😂

This is absolutely perfect! I’d really love to see more of this build series for sure! One thing I’d love to see is a really luxurious apartment complex/hotel in Tartosa, or maybe even some luxurious beach houses in that very long and skinny lot in Tartosa! Here in Spain there are some houses like those, at the first line of the coast, and they are basically impossible to acquire (they tend to be owned by people who bought them many decades ago, when it was much cheaper, and now they are basically passed down through generations, so it’s impossible to get one of those nowadays). I think it’d be so cool and dreamy to have very beautiful houses that near the beach! 🥹

You should build a shotgun house duplex in Willow Creek. Those kinds of houses are found all over New Orleans (the city Willow Creek is based on).

At every apartment i went to i always utilized the pool, hottub, grill, movie theater, etc. There's always so many amenities but no one really uses them so most of the time it was me and my friends' private hangout space.

Yess!!! Would definitely enjoy watching you building multiple units lots! And my suggestion would be shop lots with living spaces above it. It used to be common here in SEA (which the For Rent pack is based off) for shop owner and their family to live on the 2nd floor and/or above the shop they own.

Fantastic idea! I Hello from Chicago! What about a 5 story apartment with the ground floor looking like "retail" but functioning like community spaces. A laundromat? Thrift store? Tea Room or gym/sauna? Kind of a downtown vibe. The San Myshuno Salt lot would be perfect. I can picture it but I suck at building help a girl out :)

For Henford on Bagley it could be like a regular home but with like a barn that the owners turned into a separate unit for their kid or family member to rent out and live in :)

Me and my partner stayed in an apartment for the week to relax…safe to say I did not relax as we were that high up the wind was swaying the apartment I just laid down on the floor and did not move for hours!! 😂 my partner was laughing at me saying “it’s okay, it’s meant to do that!🙄😂
