I swear these pros are intentionally playing bad to influence the balancing of the game, like they plan this in some secret discord or something. I watched entire ft10 sets of arslan vs jon in t7 where he got thrown only once because his hand slipped or something. And now he is eating all throws on normal hit even though the break is still the same 20f window. What gives?
Counterhit throws have a 10 frame window right now, and throws home at the moment. So it can be difficult to react to the 20f window when you're not used to having to break it at all during lateral movement. Ergo, throws go through a lot more often now even at a high level.
Ngl its kind of fucked that the T7 devs saw their scene and what their top players were capable of, and then went ahead and made a game that was the antithesis to that playstyle that screwed over pakistani players in more ways than one (most of them earn livelihoods off of the game, or hope to), and even after that they didn't even get to go to EVO coz japan is a shit country, hope they keep grinding the game and adapt. That said im not gonna sit here and say that BP isn't cracked out of his mind so congrats man
