George Rosebush Better late than never. I am impressed by European Hill Climb Championship. The regulations, the cars, the drivers, fans.. it’s amazing. Build the fuck you want and go race it :)
@@georgerosebush9754 why is It too late? Sebastien ogier and sebastien loeb started his careers after his 20's. And you don't have to compete in wrc to be in a professional team, there are national and regional rally Championships.
So fun to see you smile like you did everytime you talk about DTM, i'm a huge fan of you since now 4 years !!!! I was first thinking that DTM was not the right choice but in the past week I have learn more of the situation with rallycross and with the FIA/IMG and I thing you made a great choice. I just hope to see you again in person !!! From canada 🇨🇦
Great job Andreas. I truly believe that nobody else in racing produces as much good content as you do. Love following your journey. DTM is an awesome series, but i do hope your WRX career continues because you have a real shot at a world championship in 2019...in any car
@@GiorGiiTV este piloto é bastante querido aqui em Portugal por ser simpático e um pouco "louco", além disso os portugueses somos dos povos mais fanáticos por carros que existem no mundo. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻🇵🇹🇵🇹🇵🇹🇵🇹🇵🇹🇵🇹
Hey. I don't second that! A man who is able to win a race in the Rallycross Championship with broken suspension can achieve everything in motorsports. If you wanted to be in DTM you probably needed two or three races and you would be in front position among the top 5 - 10 drivers. No doubt! By the way: I appreciate your videos and your personality as well. Greetings from Germany.
This was just so Amazing to watch Andreas :D huge thanks for taking us along for the ride :) After following you for so many years, I was also a little proud seing this norwegian guy from Bergen in a proper DTM test! Really hope it leads to something cool :D Great to see you doing more Racing :) Best of luck for 2019, Cannot wait to see what it brings #GoBabyBlue
DTM cars are absolute monsters. I was at Zandvoort when they came there for the first time. Seeing these cars bounce around on the hilly track was incredible.
Even though it is unfortunately boring to watch live, the in car experience is mega. Glad you had the chance to experience that. So if this doesn't work out (now), good luck finding a spot in a Rallycross Team and good luck getting the chance to build on your DTM experience!
Interesting video, great to see the onboard and you talking about the techniques required for a car like this! Your driving looked good! I wish us fans could pay for a driving experience I would love to drive one of these beasts! :)
Looks like you handled it very well.I have no idea who you are and what your background is but you were driving very well indeed.I wish i was in your shoes on this occassion :-)Thanks for sharing!
As a sim racer your always wondering about how much force one experiences on the steering wheel. Inside the car it looks violent. I have a OSW Small Mige setup that can handle 23nm. Any indication what is a realistic force Andreas? Loved the video, great fun :-)
Saw you last year at Silverstone for BRX. Didn't realise you had a youtube channel honestly. You looked pretty on it from some of the onboard shots though mate, great job :)
Be good to see you in a DTM but even more brilliant to see you back in WRX. Aren’t you tempted by Skoda offer of 500000 euro bonus if you can get their car in the top three in 2019! You can do it!!
You are more than just a guy from Bergen! You are an extremely talented professional racer 😊 have confidence, because we have confidence that you will find your drive for next year in whatever you decide to do!
Im not entirely sure cus I didn't pay to much attention to it but I think it's the RPM lights. If I remember correctly they lid up when he was downshifting. Blue should be the lower RPM sector edit: I'm stupid :)
Andreas Bakkerud so do they light up as your about to lock up? Or show you have locked up? Seemed to flash more as you put lock on, so I assume it’s showing you that your going closer to locking up?
If there is no any assistance ¿for what reason are those lights on the dashboard? Those are indicating mistakes to driver, no assistance means no lights.
My dream is to drive any race car in my lifetime. Don’t know how I could ever do it though cause I don’t have a RU-vid with thousands of followers. I have a racing seat wheel and oculus rift but it’s still not like the real thing. I have only ever driven 100cc go karts
