I saw a guy flying a plane one day, he was pretty damn good. I asked him, How long did it take you to fly it that well. He answered around 25 thousand dollars😂lol

That’s super cool, Matt I’ve got a few helicopters. They’ve not been out in a while. Last time went into the Street sign. They’ve been sitting over since.

Before crawling, i had a 6 channel heli, a drone, and a mini Hubsan X4 drone. Its too small to stay in place with the wind. Dont fly it using the trims, you as a pilot should be the one controlling it. Practice hovering, thats should be the first thing you master before flying around. Familiarize the controls. Keep the tail pointing at you and just hover with the wind. Thats more of a indoor heli, thats where you should adjust the trims.

One thing about the smaller helicopters is they don't turn in a real high RPM and that wind can really affect them that's what I have noticed anyway

The helicopter is cool but I can see a blue Chevrolet on a trailer and that's COOL. What is the brand and where did you get it? Most all these flying machines transmitters are an up and down to bind then they need to be clabrated and off ya go.🎊😹🥳 You live in a beautiful place. Looks like farm land in a place like Texas lucky guy you are.

That is not how real RC helicopters fly. It's still a fixed-pitch toy grade. Real RC helicopters are collective pitch and you wouldn't be able to hover it. It would take time to learn to hover. You will crash many times and it gets expensive to repair as they are fragile. I have been flying RC helicopters for 8 years. They are lots of fun but the hobby-grade ones is an expensive hobby. Flying this RC helicopter would just confuse you more flying a collective pitch hobby-grade RC helicopter which is a whole different beast. They will not stay in one spot without constant correction. Learning to hover them is the hardest part as the control orientations change in every direction. The Modern RC hobby grade RC helicopters are easier to fly than the old school ones which only had a fly bar for stabilization. The Modern ones have a Flybarless system which is much more stable but still really hard to fly. The best hobby grade to learn on nowadays is a Mirco like the Blade MXPX or NCPX or a Goosky Micro. They fly just like the bigger ones but are not dangerous and they don't break the bank when you crash. They can handle crashes pretty well before they break. You should try RC planes. Like an XK A-280. It is a P51 Mustang but super easy to fly and it has stabilization that you can later turn off when you master it. So much fun and under 100 dollars RTF.

I was really into flying planes quad copters and small helis.Just got to annoyed after charging batteries then it would be to windy the next day. Seems like it happened all the time so I got out the hobby.
