I was at risk of overweight and it fattened my Mii character a little bit…I would always be upset seeing my BMI go high but still in “At risk of overweight” and I would be happy whenever it went down. I’m currently trying to get down to “healthy weight” at the moment. When I was like 10, my wii said I was obese. My BMI was 99.99 and I was so confused because I was average! Turns out my balance board thought I was 3’10 or something ridiculous like that. So my average 10 year old weight was being matched with a 4 year old’s height

When I was 18 I lost all form of sensation / feeling in my legs / feet and had to look down at the ground so my brain could judge how to take a step and stay on balance
I used to be really unhealthy when I was younger, and would always get a Wii fit age of like 40. I convinced myself it was impossible to get a good score, and was terrified of doing the body tests knowing they would call me out for being fat. I just pulled out the wii again and can consistently get wii fit age of 14. Wow.
Weight and BMI ≠ to health or fitness The BMI is to weigh populations worth of people. It even says in the original transcripts that it would be unintelligible to use on individuals. I recommend listening to the podcast Maintenance Phase (the episode about the BMI) if you are interested in this subject and want to know more from a less biased standpoint. :)
you can't deny that weight does play a part in someone's health. being so physically overweight or underweight is proven to cause a plethora of health problems. proven by every single healthcare professional around the world. don't spread this bullsh!t of "you can be super duper healthy even if you don't maintain your health! 🥺" this is ppl's lives you're risking.

@@samcoy4243 Eh he’s 24 right now and said he made it about 7 years ago. You pretty much are done growing by like 17. I’m 6’ and haven’t grown since I was about 16, I’m 21 now
Maybe something is wrong with the system. I read somewhere that losing that much weight in such a short amount of time is impossible without surgery. It still takes people eight weeks to drop fifty-nine pounds on Exipure pills.
