Most wall mount toilets seem small like a round seat. Are there elongated seats?

Im more concerned about the maintenance of my four boys who keep peeing all over the base of the current toilet. Seems much easier from a day to day perspective and it does look very clean.

@@joshuavoss1387 We lived in germany for 15 years - all the toilets were like this - the germans would never do this if they these were not serviceable - the parts you bury in the wall are reliable and the bits that need maintenance are accessible through the cover plate. You literally will not find a floor mounted toilet in any modern german home - and germans wouldn't do this if it was a nightmare to service. Also, these install tanks are made in germany -- so it's not the usual crap you get here - hence the cost
