Can I name all 49 countries in Asia? After I released "Can I name all 197 countries in the world" I've decided to learn the countries 1 continent at a time! In the last video I learnt all 47 countries in Europe so today I'm going to try and learn all 49 countries in Asia. "Stan" literally translates to word "place". Which means that it is similar to many countries having "land" in the end of their name, like England, Finland, Thailand, etc. That's why those countries have similar name ending in that area.
