Hello Lovelies,
Thank you for clicking to watch this video. It's about 3 weeks to my 32nd birthday, and I have been doing a lot of retrospective thinking about my past years, my mistakes and all.

Seeking Validation from outside or friends is a no, I pray for grace always not to seek for validation. I did that entrepreneurship years ago for my mom lol, I forced her to start business just because my friends were doing same for their parents and whenever I am with them they sell everything 😂 They love it when I am with them 😄 True Entrepreneurship is not for everyone but it's good 👍 Like you said, do what you have passion for, if not it will be years wasted doing something you don't like. God makes all things beautiful and I am grateful for His Mercies and Grace upon us. God created us and we are all special...and unique ❤️ Let's seek His face at all times and pray regarding everything ❤️❤️

Hey Mel baby… This hit home for me. I think a lot of younger people should hear this vlog. Lorrd knows I wish I had a second chance to go back and change things in my past. I’m so glad you realized that you didn’t need to seek validation in a man or your “friends”. If they couldn’t accept you for who you were they didn’t deserve to be in your life. Isn’t it funny that in our big ages we start to breakdown the things our parents tried to instill in us? I too wish I listened/followed. Kids these days are super impressionable and we didn’t really have social media the way they have it now. I can relate to most of this . Sometimes I feel if I could turn back time I definitely would. Sometimes we should be grateful with what we have. 14:15 I experienced that the hard way, I loved doing hair and wanted to go to beauty school so bad I registered and everything. I never forget I went to look for my friend and her mom asked me what I'm gonna do next since I finished high school I told her hairdressing, she discouraged me saying I'm not going to make alot of money and thats a not a good choice I should do nursing, since my friends was doing the same, I said ok signed up for nursing school, hated it wasted my time since I was attending with my friends and wasted money smh, my next semester I ended getting pregnant with my son, so I stopped going to school. Not choosing my passion is the biggest mistake I ever made, lessons learnt not because somethings doesn't work out for someone doesn't mean it won't for you and not all advice is good advice, my friend mom was a hairdresser herself and it was not working out for her

Oh no! I'm so sorry to hear about this sis. Your friend's Mama gave you an advice based on her experience, forgetting we all are not the same. The good thing is we had AJ out of all those years in nursing school, so it was a blessing in disguise. I'll encourage you to start making baby steps towards reaching your goal of becoming a hairdresser and make your friends mum proud by becoming a great and passionate one . So happy you Posted this video sis, now that I'm an adult and understands life more, I've been asking myself lately why I tried to fit in, I was so uncomfortable with some of the choices I made just because I tried to fit in, if I could change one thing about my teenage years it would be trying to fit in, I was so comfortable with the nerds and the low key kids, they were my crowd but I choose popularity over what was best for me. Dearest Melanie, You've hit so many hard points to which many of us can relate. I too was fearful of what others would say and I believe that is something we actually grow out of. Boy, you must have really loved that dude hehehehe. They say love is blind in one eye and barely seeing out of the other! You are still in a great position to start over and do YOU! God above all else; if we seek Him first, scripture says all other things will be added unto us. Smile I agree that you must do what you love. Choose passion over money.
