muscles are crazy dense. Iirc a person the size physical size as a spartan but wasn't as fit then they'd be much lighter. It's pretty nuts and shows just why they're so strong; they have a massive amount of weight behind their muscles when they use them. Their armor is definitely gonna make it nearly impossible for him to lift their actual weight but i'd love to see the attempt

Spartan soldiers definitely weighed more than 70 kg Btw, try holding 5 true spartan warriors from 100 BC. You'll see that it becomes much heavier quickly and you can't even lift one of them. Even though those videos are jokes they're quite annoying as people are mislead to believe you can so easily lift a normal person just like that when in reality its completely different.
@@Skotadios You do realize Spartans are from 600-150 BC, the average height was roughly 5’5, an inch taller than todays average middle school boy. There were not a substantial amount of sugars either, more lean proteins so these men walked around with low body fats and without a significant amount of calories they literally could not get “big” they were were more built like todays track athletes.. And considering the armor too some spartans might've reached 90-100kg.
