Thank you so much for this, It's been on my mind. I really don't want to have a pessary and I hate keeping something inside me. Someone told me pessarys can help the healing though and that's why I'd been wondering. So grateful you share this :-)

Filippa! Did the queefing lessen on the menstrual cycle? I am having much less wind but not sure if that’s the reason! Thanks for all your videos and support you are awesome!

Hard to say. In the beginning no, it was always there. As I started to apply methods to heal, it lessened and came back, again and again. I think it sounds reasonable that you experience difference in your cycle - our hormones are directly connected to our tissues.
