Can it start a V8 with completely dead battery? TopDon JS2000 jump starter.

Your alternator should have picked up and kept the car running

I saw another guy that had to disconnect the jump starter quick or it would shut down like yours is doing. If he disconnected quick the car stayed running from the alternator and continued charging the dead battery. Hope you didn’t replace a perfectly good battery.

Save some money and get the JS 1200, it will start the V8 no probs.
