1:10 God why Coop, WHY!? I think every nerf blaster review video's comment section has that one kid, that ONE kid you says "It's a jolt reskin." No, it is not. The jolt only came out in like 2007. If you wanna be real smart about it, everything is a 1969 Nerf Foam Ball reskin. There.
To be fair...at this point any time anyone posts a new blaster review their comments get flooded with "Can it Take a K26?" comments...so I am really throwing stones in my glass house here...
Yeah...they might want to look up the definition of "funny" because spouting the same "joke" over and over and over quits being funny and just becomes annoying really fast. :P
The thing about "Can it Take a K26?" comments is that sometimes they are genuinely curious. And sometimes things really are Jolt reskins. But when people ask if things like my LEGO castles can take a K26 are comment that my LEGO castle is a Jolt reskin...that is just stupid and annoying...
The Stratobow makes me veeery happy. I've been planning on cutting up some foam and painting one up to make it somewhat resemble Sylvanas's bow from Warcraft, and knowing that it can be a viable primary is very nice indeed.
The term you're looking for is "harmonica clip" which denotes a sliding mechanism with multiple chambers sliding into position. It's most similar to a revolving cylinder, but in a straight line.
God, "jolt reskin" is the foam version of "end him rightly". On to my actual question, if one were so inclined could one jury rig hand protection for the suped up Stratobow?
Hey, for the strong heart bow, there's a certain way you have to flip cam mechanism so that it goes back into the original position every time. I can see That you made the same mistake
...how would that even work? NO flywheel blaster can take a LiPo without modification and ALL flywheel blasters can take a LiPo after modification so...what exactly would I be testing?
IMR's would probably work better for that purpose since he has them, and they require less work. The motors would also not be instantly incinerated with IMR's.
Question, wouldn't it be possible to reinforce the Epic and Lightning bow with some metal to prevent the plastic flexing and being able to get a full draw? I mean at that point it'd run into the issue the Statobow has with inaccuracy but they'd at least get the power from the K26. Anyways great show and I've been binge watching it since I found it.
Captain Xavier , vagabond has a very weak internal, i broke many of them. A strong arm is able to take a very heavy spring and i think it might just work better. Also strong arm can rear load when dart peg is removed so is easy in close quarters or useing Stephens
Captain Xavier , I tried it myself but I cant aline the pvc barrel, also the front muzzle is a weird shape that it is hard to do anything . I think you might have a better solution because you are just that cool!!!
It will make a perfect balster for hvz when the drop cylinder mod is done , also good for close quarters because you can rear load. Is not bad to have on a sling for any type of nerf war but certainly useful as a second primary when primary jams
I had the string snapping into the forearm problem with my stock Heartbreaker Bow, but I found a weird fix for it. If you tried to draw it like a regular bow, how heavy the handle is will make the bow strings rub your forearms. I couldn't find the proper technique to 'realistically' bow fire it, but I found that if you Wolfpack/Babymetal the roller, it doesn't induce any horizontal movement as you release it, making it not strike your forearm as it comes back. Also, as a note, the Heart bows are only really compatable with the Phone mount optics or dart holders thanks to the rail's attachment area, but, sadly, you can't really use the phone rails mounts that Nerf put out in the past because phones got too big for them since their release.
Nope! :) I actually live in Lake Stevens. I would love to stop by your shop sometime. I have an original lego Greedo that I think you might be interested in.
dear captain xavier, i have a question, can you look at that thing behind you?¿ its rigth there, over just behind you, can you see it?, no? its our admiration and atention, we are rigth behind you cap, we suport you, 133 more of us and there should be a 26k special of can it take a k 26 XD, saludos desde venezuela
Vexidoodle until I've seen the internals, I'm assuming Dart-Fire. If Nerf actually thought up a double-action system that does not need a torsion spring, I'll be very impressed. That's innovation.
TheJewelOfJool Yes, in its stock form, it sucks. But, if you remove the very annoying ratchet lock, it is very smooth to prime. I removed mine and it can slamfire an 18 round mag full of darts quickly and no jams.
Captain Xavier imma go out on a limb and say he means the ones that shoot arrows, such as the rebelle ones and the new dreadbolt (hope I got the name right). I can short answer most of those; yes they can take it... by taping it to the side.
That was the source of my confusion. All the arrow launchers (the modern ones anyway) are stringers...of course you can usually find a bit of space in the shell to hot glue a bit of k26 into...for reasons...
Captain Xavier I just checked through the playlists, and none of the episodes feature the deploy. Season 3 is the longshot and front gun, the recon family, the alpha trooper family, the raider and rampage, and the longstrike and tri-strike.
Yes. The longer the spring the more power it has when fully compressed. Typically the number that they give is for the length of spring they are selling when fully compressed. All springs have a rating that is usually per inch. k26 is (if I recall correctly) 3.88lbs/in.
I noticed that no one ever did a review on the 4 Dart Tag line pistol, so I took it apart, I regret it, now I know why no one tries any upgrades for it
Captain Xavier. I'm currently turning one of my friend's BuzzBee Ultimate Renegade Water Gun into what is essentially a giant, air power Tek-3 and thought to myself, "what if I took my rampage and recreated the wrist raider?" I am now about to go to sleep cause east coast(bleck) but in my workshop area sits a pile of destroyed tek-6 and a cut up rampage with a copper priming handle. I just want to thank you for the things you have created and how they have affected the community. Also can the Super Soaker Dartfire take a k26? It shoots elite darts.
Hopefell Undertale Trash & Others the dart fire is reverse plunger and he already did a can it take a k26 on the dart fire the video is on Walcoms channel
You are welcome! And what Money Cat said. It cannot. It is not exactly reverse plunger but it is...a weird mechanism. Similar to the SnapFire 8...but stranger.
*le gasp! You read...the description? Madness! What's next?! Watching the whole video before commenting to see if your question is answered later on in the video? ANARCHY! :D
Yes, harmonica guns use slides. I have never heard it called a harmonica clip but given that this is not a real gun I suppose you could call it whatever you want. You could call it a harmonica magazine (which frankly rolls off the tongue better) *shrugs*
Not sure where to stop using gun terminology on blaster/phaser/pew pew thing. I would have agreed to use harmonica magazine if it does have it mechanical parts in it.
