Can LEON beat Pokémon Scarlet with Hardcore Nuzlocke rules (No items, No overleveling, Set mode)
HARDCORE NUZLOCKE RULES:
1. Can only use Leons Pokémon
2. One Pokémon after every badge
3. If a Pokémon faints it must be boxed
4. I cannot overlevel the Gym Leaders
5. No items in battle (held items ok)
6. Must nickname Pokémon
7. Set Mode

I would gladly take Leon over Geeta. Geeta's battle was a pretty big let down where I felt Leon's battle was pretty epic. Having OP mons didn't hurt either.

Blud the level cap for klawf is level 16, if your talking about the first gym, he had charmander at lvl 15. As long as it's level 15 when the battle starts, charmander leveling up won't count as cheating
