if you're gonna completely rules-lawyer it, just stay out of exp range the whole time until you get full build off passive gold

faker would lose to a silver player on vi man. it's no flame towards faker but I can genuinely not think of a single champion that even a zero wrong decision mindreading robot could play level one vs any player who is above bronze with a 5 level lead would reasonably pick in that scenario and win, at that point it isn't a issue with a player but an issue with what the champions in the game can do at such a disadvantage. Vi, Lissandra, Annie, etc. would destroy even the mids who are mechanically better than faker probably at level two or three even just based on how they can play through any fight.
