I used to deadlift with a hunch back a few years ago and what I used to sort that out was the snatch deadlift and arched back goodmornings. I highly rate the snatch deadlift in a good workout routine! Thanks for sharing.

Odd's grip is just insane. Martins and Eddie are both professional strength athletes in their prime, and Odd just wiped them both at the Thomas Inch dumbbells. Just goes to show persistance pays off.

I started doing snatch grip deadlifts, mostly keeping it in 5-8 reps beltless after normal deadlifts and they destroy me in the best way. Also I’m surprised Eddie Jo Williams doesn’t have a channel just like I was surprised you didn’t have one before the beginning of this year.
