Two things. 1: So proud of martins for getting the win. I knew you could do it! 2: all of the strongman competitors are adorable human beings who all seem to like each other and have fun. That's super awesome.

At about 36mins in Eddie hall calls Martins "Martins delicious". Haha that's great.

Before Romark said he’s become the hokage, was just thinking Martins is like one of those main anime characters, like Luffy. He hasn’t got the strongest/most conventional team compared to maybe Brian or Thor, but Lindsey and Romark definitely have more heart and passion than anyone else. Odd is like the old legend character who trains Martins. And then because of his personality he attracts/unites rivals and others to support him. Maybe I’ve been watching to much anime haha CONGRATS MARTINS!!

Mateusz came second only because team licis messed up with his head during the whole tournament. It’s a psychological warfare. Edit: That was meant to be a joke. Martins and Mateusz are both top notch contenders and Martins just happened to be the better man that day. I sense great duels between these two in the near future.

I’m glad to see Matoosh snapping back. You guys pick on him so much I was starting to feel bad for him.

Martins did not only win WSM, he crushed the rest of them. Second place wasn't even close on points. Super impressive Martins! And a great job by Romark making this vids entertaining.

Props to the wives, girlfriends, moms, dads, and friends who are taking care of these big guys when theyre in the tent. They also give out their love effort and support. 👍

I knew the first time I saw Martins that he had a quality that you can't quantify. The *it* factor. It's like when you see someone and know they are destined to do great things. It's been an amazing journey going from finding this channel several months ago, all the way till now: Tearing up a bit when I watched him win. Congratulations Martins! Romark! Lindsey! Odd! and the entire Training Hall crew. Let's do it again in 2020. (Hopefully not in sand and scorching temps...) Also, special thanks to Romark for going around and talking with all the other WSM competitors. It really shows that the strongman community is one big family. TV doesn't show this because they want there to be 'drama' for the viewer, but for most of the real fans it's awesome to see everyone cheering each other on and getting along. That's how life should be.

Realizing what competitors are like beyond competition and during takes a real effort to publicize and seeing your passion to capture it all is awesome. I was there in the crowd with the All Might x Martins poster that I made. I was actually in tears when I saw you finish the stones. It was so surreal being such a huge fan and coming to see world's strongest man in person for the first time and seeing you win!

Martins helping Mateusz at 9:10 reminds me of Jón Páll Sigmarsson helping Jamie Reeves. True sportsmanship. If only all strongmen had this quality.

i started to follow the sport mainly because of Martins and his youtube channel. Congrats to him, Romark, Lindsey and the rest of the crew. Great stuff.

Yall did a really good job on the videos. I like the down to earth approach of strongman compared to bodybuilding, like no insane music when you lift, no long dragged out pretentious over the top motivational speeches and philosophy, not much flexing and ego stuff, but a lot of humor :) It feels more relatable to us mere mortals. So cheers to Romark, lindsey, the strongmen culture, and the behind the scenes guys for that. And ofcourse gratz to Martins for the win, holy shit!

WoW I started following Martins when youtube recomended me this channel and only couple of videos were uploaded. I didnt expect it to be this exciting journey to follow, but it truly has been amazing. Thank you ROMARK for pushing Martins to be a star in his own show. Not only he is a great champion, Licis is also a great ambassador of the sport! I wish there was a separate competition for Strongmen at Olympics! These men are incredible. They deserve the biggest stage in the world.
