I can relate to you a lot with alcohol. It's not that I'm an alcoholic, but in the rave scene I overcame, I tried to quit completely. But I realized that it's not all or nothing. There must be a balance, and so I decided to make a commitment with myself to drink moderately and have fun without going overboard. So don't feel bad about returning. The key is balance and getting to know yourself, and I think that the year and a half sober you had is what has taught you that. Thank you for sharing. It would be great to listen to a podcast of all this alcohol experience. I feel like there are a lot of people in the same situation ❤❤❤

Ade! I’ve been experiencing the same thing with your hives! They’re random and not due to an explainable allergen. I believe it’s a stress response, maybe mixed in with anxiety. Mine was triggered a year after a neck injury two winters ago. I’m trying to do things to help my stress/ anxiety. I’ve paid wayyy too much money going to the doc just for them to shrug their shoulders and say I’m fine. I hear you, I can empathize with you and appreciate you! Thank you for being vulnerable and reminding us some days, months, years aren’t what we hoped for but can keep pushing for a better life. 💕

I experienced the same thing with breaking out in hives randomly every single day multiple times a day for over 6 months due to the stress in my life! Then randomly one day they just stopped. I switched my soaps, detergents and everything to scent free and nothing helped and I had no issues with skin allergies before.
