Hi, i love your clear you tube videos and i learn a lot from it, THANKS so much for sharing your amazing knowledge i have a few questions, do you have some videos on menopause. also regarding pcos, i heard and read lara birden about different types of pcos, would love to hear from you if there is more types and how we can treat them naturally, finally, what can can be the cause of ongoing spotting from beginning of period to the end when all causes medically was ruled out, and whats your take on using the natural hormonal creams

Thanks Fertility mom for all your detailed videos helping women like me struggling with infertility issues. Do you have any advice on using myo inositol with metformin for PCOS? I saw your informative video on the absorption issues with metformin and I also did a research on it. Have you heard about alpha-lactalbumin? I read online about some research which shows it can improve the intestinal absorption of myo-inositol. Can you check and do a video on that please?

Thank you for explaining! My fertility doctor hit on this subject just alittle and we did the test for all those abnormal characters ( still waiting on results) but you helped me understand it better!

When I was pregnant (1 and only I’ve ever had) the Gyno I saw actually told me “PCOS just makes it hard to get pregnant, once you’re pregnant it’s just like any other pregnancy.” I was SHOCKED she said that because I knew she was wrong. Then my baby died. :(

Before i got married i had my period regularly. i got married in 2017. Had 9 miscarriages and now my period cycle is irregular. Its sometimes 35 to 45 days. Do i have pcos? How do i know it exactly? I dont have facial hair, no gain weight, no gain hair. Am lossing my hair actually

I'll suggest you have your doctor order a hormonal profile test to check your thyroid and other hormones too. I don't have typical symptoms of PCOS but I have facial hair and my hair was also thinning a lot but the tests and MRI confirmed I have mild form of PCOS

I have a pcos without insulin resistance, but I had already one miscarriage. How do you explain this? I'm now pregnant again naturally and I hope it will be everything ok, think it was just a bad luck.

Meag, I have too. Okay what I did and still doing are the following; Avoid dairy products Avoid gluten Avoid sugar Avoid soda drinks Avoid caffeine Use castor oil pack Drink organic Apple cider vinegar with the mother and organic black stripe molasses mix with Apple cider vinegar plus water and consume on empty stomach. Organic wheatgrass Also helps. Please do research. Sorry for your loss and all the best god willing you will have children very soon

What if your having IVF? Are the chances of miscarriage the same?

It's not recommended. You should wait at least 6 months before getting pregnant after a miscarriage to give your womb time to heal. My mom got pregnant right after a miscarriage and my brother was born with mental retardation because her uterus wasn't healed and her placenta didn't get attached very well. This caused him to get insufficient nutrients and blood flow. This affected his brain development. If you want a healthy baby just wait, not worth going through so much pain and suffering knowing your child will never live a full life...
