my brother came up with a pokemon sport concept called "shroomish ball" which is a lot like soccer... except the ball is also technically a team too and can win by knocking out both teams with moves like "poison powder" and "explosion." the ball just can't move around on its own

Firstly, joining the Beastieball brigade in these comments. There is a demo on Steam and there have been 2 public play tests, though I fully respect if you're waiting for full release (which I'm doing). Beastieball feels almost custom made for you! Second, predictions about what the post credits scene is about. Either Platinum or Legends Arceus. Either of which, I'd definitely be looking forward to.

Honestly Pokémon volleyball sounds awesome Imagine a water type pokemon using water gun to push the ball upwards Or a ghost or psychic type pokemon using telekinesis to easily slow down the ball before it hits the ground Or bug types able to like buzzswole or drapion coming in with heavy hits on the ball
