Apply minoxidil on the scalp (for better results use derma roller on the scalp) and take multivitamin tablets that contains biotin..such as (Aurhair or biotee forte)...and while doing this you don't have to shave your head.

Never shave the head after 12 years, I too lost my hair due to shaving in summer, if you shave the hair becomes thin and the distance between the hairs increases and you can become bald in future
