Very true, I joined a company with pachage 1.5 LPA, after working there for 4 years 9 months I came out with a salary 2.75 LPA( 5 years of exp and antha less package tho bayataki vacchi em cheyali naku ardham kaledu)

He is 💯 correct, if there is no promotion or onsite in 2 yrs, quickly switch to different org asap. People who joined after mid 2021 are having double salaries than employees who joined before 2021

it is based on interview rating and type of company. if you look for the service-based company it would be 10 to 15LPA on average. for product based company 20 to 30 LPA
