A super empath may be better at reading people, but that's a tightrope walk.... The truth is it's not your job to destroy a narcissist.... It's your job to leave them to themselves...... I'm finally beginning to understand that.
Super Empaths is not a good position to be in with a Narc IN THE BEGINNING We don’t intentionally destroy anyone, it just happens by our walk away game. WE FLIP THE SCRIPT And win in the end, the pain we felt is replaced by the happy dance 💃happy 🕺
Empaths not a good position to be not with narc’s, but in the end ( when we realize the TRUTH about who they REALLY are). Our discard is forever! Then narc’s will miss the love, positivity, and shining light we bought . Our walk away game is solid as a rock 🎉! Yes, in the end , they are destroyed..
Narcissistic can’t handle the truth when that truth is your past them and they are a inmature 🤪 Child. Your silence is how they realize this. The Win is ignore them. It’s hard and even now that I’m good at it I still have minor slips that I think Whew! Thank God I didn’t argue/ threat them. They go Nuts when we gain control.
Super empaths might not know the answer to this question..... The reason why is they dont stick around to find out if they destroyed the narcissist. They turn and walk away knowing a narcissist will destroy themselves.

I was about to say that I'm not a huge fan of the empath and especially the super empath label. I have known I've been one all my life but then the word was hijacked the last decade and everyone thinks they're one. When they're not. But your description is bang on. I always told people the truth and exposed them, but i never left. I would always go back. So you're right in the sense that an empath is basically just a doormat. Whereas I don't accept that behaviour now, and i leave. The only way i was able to officially do this, after 20 years of battling with it, was to remove my family from my life. To finally say no to them and back it up with my absence. To leave. Once i did that, i can do it with anyone. Wounds will always be from the family. Fix those, and you're free.

I worked with some kids from Honduras in the keys and I helped him catch a big iguana one day and they brought it back. The next day is lunch and it was pretty good. It tasted like chicken my opinion maybe they just knew how to cook it.
Being a super empath is not something that necessarily brings peace. To have those senses can be overwhelming. You feel peoples energy. Most people have negative energy for many reasons. People or even places drain your energy. After dealing with narcissist on a constant basis can leave you unnerved. I realize now that they " don't have to understand. " i understand. You have to step on their neck at times unfortunately. S.e should derive no pleasure in this. But it is necessary. God bless this world's messes
