Im living en lakewood ca..in an old house and the owner paid almost 1 million.

2 million gets you a blank home with basic doors, windows, carpet, stairs, zero landscape in the backyard (all dirt). that right there is probably 3.5 million. 2 years ago though. It was around 2.4 million fully loaded.

That's not 30 foot ceilings. 22 tops
