Hi Scott. I'm working on making a video that answers those questions exactly. We're just a little backlogged with all the FLIBS content right now. What I can tell you is that it's easier than ever to join the industry because demand for boats and yachts is so freaking high. You just need to be willing to work hard and be comfortable talking to folks. Sales experience is a plus, but you can learn that on-the-go as I did. If you know boats and you are passionate about them, you're going to be successful. It's Boat Show season so it's the perfect opportunity for you to head out there and talk to different dealers and manufacturers to see what opportunities are available.
