The nismo is the Track version so it has stiff suspension, the faster you go the smoother it rides. You hit a bump going 10mph it’s gunna be bumpy hit it going 90mph and it’ll just fly right over. It’s just how it’s set up

There's a business man in surat (India) who daily drive his nissan GTR to work i.e 500 km of a day ride on Indian road , hence it's not about the car it's about the driver who is willing to drive it in those conditions

I daily drive my 2014 GT-R to work. Even commute in it. Nothing different than a regular car, just keep up service and don’t step on it until the transmission oil is warmed up.

Coming from a mustang owner, Yes you can daily a sports car or even an exotic car. Give it a try. But then after a month or so, you realize you do not want to eat in your car, you do not want to park in public because it makes you worried, you get sad as your car picks up dirt and its mileage goes up, you drive your old boring sedan so its battery does not die but then you realize how much of clearer view the boring car gives, then you start not driving your sports car as your daily. Lastly, you start looking for a better daily driver.

The GTR isn't a Grand Tourer. GTR stands for Gran Tourismo Racer, as in race car. So obviously it's not going to be comfortable for long trips. It's stiff so it handles better. Making that mistake makes me lose respect for for any statements this guy makes.

Super car. Did this man just call *Godzilla* , the representation of JDM cars as a whole, a Super Car!? The Crown Jewel of Japan, the 600HP Nismo-Tuned 3.8L V6 a *_SUPERCAR_* ?!?!?

This is kinda comparing oranges and apples aint it? Its kinda the same as if u compared Porsche 911 Carrera 4S or the Turbo(S) to the GT2 or GT3 cars. NISMO is a track oriented version and ofcourse its gonna be stiff and bumpy, you shouldve went with the regular GTR if u wanted comfort. Now if u take these exacts facts into consider, GTR NISMO is actually a good mix of both, solid everyday usability and occasional track monster (or a nice twisty mountain road on a sunny day)

Man... That's a lot of thumbs down for a car video... I thought it was fine and informative for various reasons. I pay attention to cars, but I wouldn't call myself an enthusiast.

You can daily drive anything if you are willing to compromise, I daily drive a 2013 Triumph street triple.. yes that's right I daily drive a motorcycle, I don't even own a car. You'd be surprised how creative you get when you are forced to work within your means, I for example have a backpack that I can fit 70 litres of various objects into. If it rains I get wet and if it snows I take a bus, it's not complicated. So if you continue to live your life within boundaries and limitations of what you think is convenient you will only ever see in 1 dimension, a GTR would be a great daily driver.

honestly i don't think $200k is worth the nismo I'd rather get a mclaren or ferrari, BUT getting a normal gtr for 80k now THATS a deal. still turns heads. clean look, and performance is awesome. it's like the supercar for people who didn't get lucky as a singer/actor/crack dealer.

If you want a daily, get a daily. If you want a super daily. Get a GTR... Ive never driven one but i can only imagine what it will be like... A big smile and the open road

A competitor and probably a better daily driver that’s fast is a Mercedes e63 AMG, or a Cadillac CTS v. The CTS v is much cheaper, and had 640 horsepower. It’s also much more luxurious.

The previous seat in American GTR Nismo is a comfortable sofa. The light-weight and tough new bucket seat redesigned by RECARO is loaded on GTR Nismo sold at an other country.

You are reviewing the NISMO GT-R, which is the race version of a race car... of course it is not comfortable or that the dash is missing some luxuries or that the fuel economy is poor. Also the GT-R is not a GT car, just because "GT" is in its name that does not mean shit. God this was embarrassing, this is a guy who should clearly not be reviewing cars. Why did he complain about the lack of luxury appointments in the GTR? Also why did he say that higher end supercars have luxury appointments? You mean McLaren’s luxuriously bad infotainment? Or the GT2 RS’s exotically comfortable full carbon bucket seats? The GTR looks way more luxurious than an actual super car. The suspensions probably unbearable, and interior design is far worse, but as far as actual luxury features go, its way more luxurious.

The suspension is stiff. Well mate that's a track version it is supposed to be. Also if you think this is too hard for comfort have a go on Aventador SV or Ferrari 430 scuderia or 458 Italia speciale

Well, first of all, through God all things are possible.

I would want the Audi RS6 Avant or even the S6. Those things are beasts and a truly everyday car that can beat most so called super cars especially with the 4 wheel drive the Audi leaves them dead on the line. They can do EVERYTHING. Plus in extreme comfort and reliability. I’ve had an S6 Avant over various years starting from 2008 n upgraded to a new one every 3-4 years. They hold their price well also. The latest RS6 has extreme luxury n ride quality n still does 0-60 in less than 4 seconds. A true sleeper car for people who know nothing about cars. This is Doug Demirios fav car ever btw as it does everything on his tick list and more. Sorry if I spelled dougs last name wrong. The all screen dashboard is amazing as u can fill it with ur satnav or have on there whatever u want. The heads up display shows more than just ur speed like most other manufacturers. U can put lots of info up there if u want. It’s so comfortable n solid last built. Well done Audi on what I believe to be their best car. Anyone unfamiliar with the new S6 or RS6 check it out. Like is said I’ve had a few n when I went to change cars I couldn’t think of anything that would be better. Also in the newer versions the interior mood lighting is great. All different colours n u can control how light or dim u want it.

I don’t know the purpose of this review because it’s a supercar, not a Honda CRV, no one cares about gas mileage, comfort, or room for your groceries, we care about how fast it can go and how cool do you look driving it lol

Review was fun the fun got more funnier when the co-passenger kept his knees literally on the dashboard also was hugging his legs that's insanely comfort expected if the passengers are taller. Its a complete workout if travel in Nissan Nismo GTR.

This is a NISMO! Do not try to test it as a daily driver. Use the normal car which is what would be appropriate for half the price. It's the nismo so stop acting like it's the street focused car.

LOVE the GTR series. but they really need to call them 2+2 not 4 seaters. i had a merc sportline coupe a few years ago. it had 4 seats but the back seating was claustrophobic

So let me get this straight. They got this dude to do a review only to talk about everything you can read on a spec sheet. "Theres carpet on the door" after that I just quit watching. That "carpet" is alkantara, it's desirable. "Its not comftorable" then buy the edition that's less track focused. Like... This guy is like that one college professor that reads the text book, acts like he knows it all, but when you ask him a question he doesnt know how to answer it. I hope what ever person or company funding this didnt put a whole lotta money in to this because Nissan could tell you more about this GTR
