Bullshit. The phone is not slow (you don't see any lag), it's blurring, and it's because the liquid crystal in the display (that's why it's called LCD) display is cold and can only change color only very slow because of it. Get your facts together..
actually the A9 processor does slow down and "lag" significantly in sub ideal environments, similar to thermal throttling on a desktop cpu. stupid shit

First of all, you should have put the phone into a plastic bag so the water can't get into it. Second of all, a temperature shock is when you expose it to extremely low temperatures and *immediately* to extreme high temperatures. Last time i checked "immediately" did not mean a timespan of exactly one minute.
