Question: I was born and raised in Switzerland and to me these sights are actually not special any longer. To me beaches and the sea are amazing because we don‘t have them here. Is it the same for people that live at the beach?
I always wondered if Europeans feel the same way. If they ever get tired of the snow capped mountain landscape? I live by the sea. I confess i'd choose travelling to a hill station any day over a beach/island trip.

This is amazing. Lots of people think that they require really high-end equipment to create content. This proves it wrong. Go ahead people! You can shoot best with what you have.
I don't understand the argument, tho iphone 11 pro ain't cheap but millions of people own that phone. Another millions owns something close to that. Does that mean every single person is shooting pro grade video with that. To shoot videos you have to master the technique and that can take years. Be honest and try to shoot whatever you have in your disposal and start from there. I started photography with Nokia n73 and ended up buying a DSLR. Stop giving yourself excuse.
Its not actually about buying an iPhone. There are thousands of artists who started with a simple phone with a decent camera. In the end its the content that matters in the beginning of your career. And I'm not against buying a great camera which is expensive. Of course you can, my point is dont wait to buy that Camera to start your career, start with what you have. This video shows how he has used an iPhone and done the best from its features. How about you try it out with your phone and try to make the best out of it.
I made the entire Thailand 🇹🇭 Vlog Series on my IPhone XS & I never felt like getting a camera. I am glad huge youtubers like you are suggesting to start with it.
Amazing video! It's super motivating to see that it's possible to make such a stunning video with just an iphone!!! 😍 I only have an iphone and a GoPro to film while traveling. This really proves that it's not about having the best camera but about being the most inspired and skillful filmmaker you can be! 🤩
I am still using the older one, gopro hero 7 black and it is still pretty good for me, but i upgraded my iphone to the latest one because i do video editing on my iphone 😃
I used to live in Switzerland and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. If you ever go back to Switzerland, try taking the trains. There are a ton of passes you can get that will give you a good value for the money and the thing about Swiss trains is that you can literally get anywhere and it’s a pure experience. And skiing! And you got the fondue ♥️
This video makes me realize, that even though I love traveling so much, I never get tired of my homeland Switzerland. We have literally everything here, except a beach and the sea. We have lakes, rivers, mountains, beautiful and magical landscape, pretty towns/cities and villages. We have winter, spring, summer and autumn. Our public transport is bombe, and you’re so fast everywhere. Also we have such a diversity within the country (our country has four languages!!) Technically you don‘t even have to travel somewhere else to explore something new, we already have everything you can wish for. Which is incredible and so practical in times of this pandemic.
I love Europe, the diversity of cultures, landscapes, sophistication. I just can't believe it took a pandemic for me to come retire here. I could have come before, but I was obsessed about living in New York City.
I have been shooting with my iPhone for the whole time and I’m glad there are people around the world like you with plenty of subscribers . I am so hopeful now 😁
Thanks for showing how much story can be told with such a simple set-up Christian! Now I want to go straight to Switzerland when we can travel again...
Ahh i know this will be another killer vlog! Been following Christian since his first vlogs in 2015. And I’ve been inspired to travel and create. So i made my dreams come to reality and became a travel photographer and videographer for 2 years now and just starting to post more videos on my RU-vid.
The mountain view is simply stunning! Switzerland has always been on my bucket list. Hopefully when it’s safe to travel again, this destination will be on my itinerary 🙌💯🏔🗺
I don't understand the argument, tho iphone 11 pro ain't cheap but millions of people own that phone. Another millions owns something close to that (Samsung) .
@@babor_ firstly, *not everyone wants to shoot pro grade videos* they just want to use it for their daily purposes, and also it ain't any camera, it has the best camera on like any smartphone (second to iPhone 12 pro) and it is far better than cheap DSLRs aswell
I love Lost LeBlanc! His videos are so epic and inspiring, this is a particularly brilliant watch. As a filmmaker myself, he has inspired me so much to go out and make travel films. Amazingly I am now pursuing that and working on my travel series, which I thankfully got to film prior to lockdown! Most of my travel films I made on my iPhone Xs, but have recently updated my kit to add some texture. Ultimately you can do it yourself from your phone. Thank you Christian for helping me!
I made a Vlog with my Iphone 7 and allready in Iphone 7 you can shoot in 4k so Crazy, But for more professional work I use my Sony 6400 and never regret geting it in my hands. But if you want to create anything dont let equipments stop you! Just go for it and tell ur story! God Bless.
OMG!!! you don't know what a relieve you just gave me. Because I thought that, to be just as amazing as you and Katy are in the vlogging/Influencer world you needed an expensive gear. I make my travel videos with my cellphone, a gimbal and that same mic that you used in your video. Thank you for gave me the confidence that is not the camera is the person. #LOSTCREATORS I'm so happy and proud of being one of your students in LCA!!! PS. LOVE the video! amazing as always!
Certainly no lack of scenic beauty in Switzerland. Those beautiful, forested mountains are just so tranquil and peaceful... We would love to go there some day. LeBlanc proves here that you don't necessarily need to invest huge amounts of money to make a totally awesome video.
loved this so much thank you for sharing great advice on using phone to create great content. Great to see you both got home safe, now I want to go Switzerland lol
Your videos inspired me to give myself a go at video editing. All I did all this while was record videos but never learnt how to edit them. With extra time on my hands now. I’ll be doing exactly that. Thank you so much and keep your content coming!
This is great! For long time up to this moment I thought it is the camera that makes the difference. Now I see that it is about person holding the camera and not the camera itself! Thanks for the video!
Love that you made this video! I started my channel by using my little iPhone SE. a majority of my videos were filmed on that tiny phone haha. The power of technology. 😃
I feel like because I was born in switzerland I don’t appreciate the country and landscapes enough. It’s normal to me, but seeing this and how they see switzerland as this special and beautiful country, reminds me of that.
Funny story how I made it to your channel😂 Googled where Coron was after watching some type of fall into a deep sleep immediately relaxation video and a huge CORON marquee showed on top of a mountain. Looked like a truly stunning place so looked it up and one of your videos popped up of you visiting Coron. Long story short did NOT fall asleep instead been awake binge watching your grave videos 🤦🏻♀️. It is now 1:30a and have to be up in less than 4hrs. Glad I stumbled upon your channel. Great content and can’t wait to finish watching all of your videos. You have earned you another New subscriber (not that you need it💁🏻♀️)
Exactly omg. You’re such a motivator for me as a new filmmaker as just starting a travel vlog. Thank you for sharing. It’s really about the person behind the camera it’s not because of the expensive cameras but yeah it will add to it like you you do very well keep up inspiring 👏👏👏
wow! this has given me a lot of hope. ive only got my iPhone at the moment and have been recording on it but kept feeling like i needed to upgrade my camera before i release my content. thank you for this video
I enjoy watching ...to follow ..both of you...enjoy life...connecting in nature and people accross the globe...thanks so much in sharing the best moments of life ...
I love that you've shot this on a phone! I've been doing (amateur) travel vlogs on my P30 Pro for over a year and have always felt pressure to buy a really expensive camera when actually this video has taught me that I probably should just get a microphone, and up my editing game! Switzerland looks insane too 😍
Such a stunning video, just with your phone. I also use my iPhone for some video clips. I subscribed to LCA from the very beginning and I think I will start working on the course. You're such an inspiration, Chris and Katy. Sending love to you both all the way from the Dumaguete, Philippines.
I stayed for one week in Lauterbrunnen Valley in September last year - the best weather and the best week of my life. Best views of my life. But we cooked our own food all the time to avoid eating out, which is expensive. Zero regrets. Thankfully we had the chance to take all the cable cars in the area, including to Wengen.
Amazing! Switzerland is in my bucket list ur video really great and giving idea for traveller and Im one if them. And Iphone for vlog is comfortable for making video small and handy.
Very impressive to see such good quality and audio from a phone and of course the mountain ranges of Switzerland are the perfect subject to capture (also very jealous of your dessert eating location! 😂)
Lost LaBlanc this is a stunning video and I absolutely love the view, the video quality on iPhone 11 quite impressive. I too shoot my travel videos with my phone , can't wait for your next vlog.
Woowwww dear supppeeerrrrbbbbb😍😍😍😍👌👌👌👌👌 I like both of u nd ur travelling vdos😍😍😙😙😙😙😋😋 Hope I nd the person whom I love, will travel the world like this😋 2 love birds flying in the air of love nd playing in the lap of mother nature is the best feeling ever! Nice video! I’ve been filming my vlogs with the iPhone 11 for months and I’m super happy with it, it’s a tool which is always in the pocket so it gives a lot of chances. Take care!
Beautiful video you two! The igloo's! So nice. Thank you for making this video, I have to add the igloos to the bucket list, so awesome. You are definitely right about having any camera. Content is better than no content. Thanks for refreshing my confidence. Do you guys recommend anyone that is a parent/ traveler. We are having our first and well things are going to get very interesting, especially while traveling. So we're going to need all of the help we can get lol. Thanks again!
I like this guy his not full of himself he's not jealous, he always encourage other people to do what is doing to make money to me you are the BEST .. stay sweet as you are. Greetings from South Africa
Hi Christian. Thank you so much for visiting SWITZERLAND. I am glad you loved it. Let me know if you plan to come back. I do a lot of travel vlogs about Switzerland, and I'd be most happy to show you some cool spots :)
Finally LeBlanc is back at it. One of the best to do it, I am using the iPhone 11 Pro Max to film all my vlogs. You can check it out. So far I need no Camera to purchase. Stay safe!
It was almost definitely about 4 weeks ago, just a slip up in the words. You know how capitalism is, they start filling the store up with bunnies 4 weeks prior haha.
dude, amazing. I remember your videos when you had less than 100k subscribers. Difference i HUGE;) Storytelling is just great! Always looking forward to see your video
Very good your video, I really love how you explain that it is not so necessary to have a high-end phone, please keep uploading these videos to overturn the stereotype
The views were so beautiful and amazing! The food and chocolate bunnies looked so delish! Definitely the iPhone can capture great quality video. It's about the person, the skills and the experience and not so much about high end equipment. Thanks for sharing this!
I also often use my iPhone to shoot videos and it's great, especially when you're in situations you can't bring your camera to, such as skiing. And it proves that you don't have to spend so much money to begin, there's no excuse!
Yesss, thanks for saying this , this video quality is amazing, I also filmed my video on my iPhone 11 and I think as starters, we don’t need expensive equipments.
