GmbH together with the renowned stunt pilot Gerd Achgelis. Other members of staff were Dr. Jackel, Dr. Just, Dr.-Ing. Schweym, and Dipl.-Ing. Spanger. In the beginning, design and production was provided by the Brandenburgische Motorenwerke in Spandau, but was automatically transferred to BMW, after both companies had merged. Later, the entire development staff was separated from BMW at the instance of the Reich Air Ministry (RLM) and was made available to Focke-Achgelis. Initially, the work in this group was headed by Director Dipl.-Ing. Wolff, later, by his closest assistant, Obering. Bussmann, and Dr.-Ing. Löffler on the theoretical side. The designers had to overcome a large number of problems: unbalanced rotors, developing safety devices for switching automatically to autorotation in case of a power plant or gearbox failure, as well as solving the problem of blades being sensitive against a pitch-angle change and the problem of vibrations. During these tests the hazardous mutual self-excitation of the rotor blades was discovered. Subsequent flight testing had to be accomplished in hovering flight, due to the non-existing large wind tunnel, covering many aspects of lift, resistance and torque. At the beginning of 1942, the model was ready for serial production, and an order for 100 units followed. Because of the war and permanent bombing only 20 had been built by the end of the war, and only 10 of them had flown. At the end of the war, only two machines were found ready to fly. One of them was disassembled and shipped to the US, the other became the first helicopter to cross the Channel to England. The Fa 223 showed good flight characteristics and was fully stable around all axes with regard to statics and dynamics, except for stability around the pitch axis. During cruise flight at 140 km/h the stick could be released because the instability around the pitch axis disappeared at approx. 120km/h. 26 pilots were fully retrained to this type within 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours despite the dynamic instability of the flight. Legit, a powerful hero like Omni-Man being trusted and in public wouldn’t exist in the same universe with the SCP Foundation. Unlike the government with Cecil, the SCP foundation always wants countermeasures first and considering how they handled the Deer, the second Omni Man targeted one of these GoIs, he’d have been contained/killed through some anomalous means, regardless of his Viltrumite abilities

If he talks about his home planet, boom, now the foundation knows about the viltrumite empire and how they operate and their weaknesses. They can easily use scps to extract information from him. They call it "advanced interrogation." Hell, they can even use Mark Grayson to get his dad to talk first. SCP foundation aren't stupid either. Thr O5 council are above any viltrumite when it comes to planning and execution.

Thus, he cannot be hit by Able. Now, how can he beat Able? You must ask. The answer is, hypnosis! He can hypnotize just about any human with a gaze(has only a few feats for that tho). Also, he has telekinesis which enabled him to move an aircraft carrier(The HMS Eagle) so I doubt he can't lift Able.

That's not correct at all. It was stated after the massacure they emerged as a more powerful race, but it was stated after the cirus only a few dozen were left and they found themselves barely able to manage their own empire. meaning the virus happened way after they "Killed the weak". You mixed two events together. Also the reason the virus was so effective was it was made by a traitor who used his own cels to make a virus that could kill them. Normal viruses wouldn't work. But a powerful enough Vrus like SCP would probably still work if it would also adapt to his DNA on it's own.

There's a lot of things the scp just doesn't contain too. Or simply can't. While I'm sure it would be possible to make some kind of chains or cuffs strong enough to contain him if they had some sci-fi tech materials or smth that stopped his power. I mean omni man's feats are insane. I'm not saying the scp can't contain him. But I'm saying good luck trying to stop his flight and super speed long enough to get cuffs on him and into a cell. If he were to be contained too. I think he'd be Keter class.

Actually, if Omniman suddenly went rogue and the foundation had no prep, they would die. In the comics Omniman flew so fast he destroyed a planet, and casually lit the atmosphere ablaze with his speed alone. He also can survive on the sun casually, has some regeneration capabilities and is rlly smart. He can be contained, but that requires a few hours(for the foundation to figure out what to do and stuff). If Omniman was bloodlusted he would need seconds to destroy the atmosphere of Earth or something like that(like, in the comics he flew from one galaxy to another in 2 weeks)

In-universe they usually only struggle to deal with either cosmic entities or ones that humans just cant conceptualize and interact with, like 3125 or the narrative eating one or the Scarlet king. So a higher multiverse of infinitely more powerful concepts, a narrative force that eats stories or a demon god that wants to wipe out reality. Those kinds of things they usually struggle with, but even then they have plenty of stories with them actually winning. Omni-man level threats are a lazy Tuesday

Remember the SCP's protocol is to contain and protect, even other SCPs. They would exhaust a huge amount of resources and time trying to contain Omni-Man first and foremost until he became abundantly clear he upgraded the situation to end of the world threat level.

Omniman wouldn't even be aware of their existence, and even if he were it would be borderline impossible to wipe them out or even to destroy a handful of sites just by virtue of that secrecy. There is also the very plausible chance that they'd gas him with heavy amnesties and just make him forget who he is and what he's doing for them to gaslight him into being contained. The foundation in a fight would lose, but there's a chance a full fight wouldn't even really start

Even if, like I said, it would be difficult, they would still have ways to take him down, subdue him, and keep him locked up in chains (in the metaphorical sense). Omni Man does have a weakness to extremely hot temperatures and extremely loud sounds, both of which the SCP Foundation use in containment for other anomalies, so they could most certainly use those again to their advantage. @RopeSteel... 682 fought the Foundations spaceship, the Solidarity and fucking lived. The fight ended in a stalemate with a minimal casualty of a couple solar systems getting obliterated by the Solidarity's wave cannon or something.

@RopeSteel Omni man is extremely powerful, and 682 has the ability to adapt and counter if given even a few seconds to spare. I don't know for sure but yeah, either way omni man could just fly away.

This is a dangerous question considering my obsessive compuslive nature and love of both SCP and Dr.Who. Really it all boils down to how the Doctor perceives the SCP Foundation. The foundation taking ANY kind of action against the Doctor would inevitably result in war. Not the kind we want. While I'd like to take the Doctors side I think the Foundation is one group he simply wouldn't win against. Having said that, it wouldn't be an easy victory, there's LOTS of reasons he's the single most feared being in the Whoniverse. Worst case scenario. M.A.D. Best case scenario. They decide to just not interact with eachother unless absolutely necessary. Think torchwood but less likely to ask for help.

Nah he would be a threat. The Foundation would still win. But standard MTF teams are gonna get slaughtered. The Foundation would have to use anomalies to take him down.

In the majority of the stories involving SCP's, you don't have them speed blitzing the entire foundation. They can only contain because they initiate the hunt, the SCP comes willingly, or the SCP has a glaring weakness. Someone like Omniman, who's only weakness is a minor aversion to sound would wipe them out if he just started dive bomb raiding all of their compounds before they can plan or setup anything significant.

I don't think so The Foundation Look so powerful Because in almost every story there is a way for them to contain these Anomaly no matter how strong they are. But with Omni man you can only best him in power and Omni man in strength is way way worse than SCP 96 or SCP 682 Things the SCP Foundation hate so so much because of their violence tendencies. Omni man can move faster than the human brain can react, so it's not like Omni man is gonna try to kill them and everybody would be prepared to face him .

The issue is omni man’s intelligence and combat experience 1000 of conquering planets plus speed blitz and strength would put him in to doing really insane damage to out right destroying the foundation.

@@dastardlyruby74737 I think you may be overestimating the Foundation a bit as we saw with Mommy Longlegs some of the toy monsters have human levels of intelligence and could prove to be quite the challenge for the Foundation. And you also have the ambush predator esque ones like Boxy Boo who could hide among boxes and could snatch and eat an agent when they’re guard is down. And others like PJ Puggapilar,the mini huggies,and even the Prototype heck we haven’t even seen all the toy monsters and their intelligence yet. Chapter 3 hasn’t come out and there will probably be more to come.

But didn't they handle him? He killed some soldiers and some cyborg (which will eventually regenerate). Than he flew off. He didn't kill Miller. He didn't kill a single scientist. He didn't kill site management. They probably got him with a cognito hazard. Bringing out anything bigger might have been more of a risk than it would be worth.
