"Practical". That's the keyword for all Suzuki cars. Each model is built for a purpose, without too much bells and whistles, or "bloat" if you will. Because honestly, some of the tech out there like "lane departure warning" for example, can be more of a distraction than a benefit. The backing sensors and camera are great features to have though, right out of the dealership so I'm glad that the 2022 model has that. Android Auto and Carplay? I think I'm pretty much enjoying the "wirelessness" of a simple bluetooth. By the way, some, if not all suzuki cars with touchscreens have offline navigation (satellite powered). You just need to claim the navi micro card from the dealership. I think you forgot to mention that in your Ertiga review as well. 😊
Now i feel like getting the OG manual version of the swift is a steal. The amount of torque and throttle response of a munual makes the swift more fun. 4 going 5 years now
Questions that I have about this model that I do not know who to throw to: 1. WHY DO WE NOT HAVE THE TURBO WITH TWIN EXHAUST VERSION??? 2. Why the downgrade with the climate control? 3. The steering wheel control has lesser buttons as well. 4. The cruise control is no longer an option??? 5. How hard is it to stick with the DRLs the Swift Sport has?
Im very very glad I got to buy the manual variant last 2021. Driving experience is really amazing and fun. I drive at high speeds without worrying about brakiing power at all. Overtaking uphill is smooth, fast, and easy as it is really light. Fuel efficiency is on par with the cvt but your acceleration with the manual is waaay better. It likes being on the 4th gear alot i would say for balance of power and efficiency. I upgraded the exterior into the swift sport variant and boy, you'll get lots of attention on the road and parking lots.
Kudos again to the great review sir! my technique for the CVT spirited driving (and I hope sir Reygan tests it out if it really is the case) is not to floor the gas pedal immediately give it 1/3 throttle input, then when rpm is 1.5k you GIVE IT THE BEANS! (hope @Sarah N Tuned sees this comment, and hope sir Reygan invites her one day for a collab :p ) cheers!
I got a Dzire, my friend has a Swift and I can really tell the difference, one I noticed that the Swift is really planted on the ground so body roll is not that present, maybe because of its low ground clearance, its 16 inch wheels that is a little bit wide than the Dzire and its wide body stance.
@@ReygansRides All cars in Vietnam are highly taxed . Just look up the car prices here and your see for yourself. Example Honda Brio RS $22,000 Same care Philippines $14,000 .. big difference, it’s not chump change .

Once again my friend..... swift with a CVT is not a Swift. For teenage girls or single moms it might look cute.... and what would they appreciate in sharp steering feel and stability when cornering.... they would anyway take it for a coffee or palengke visits Swift is meant to be manual transmission with great driving characteristics for car enthusiasts taking it up in mountain twisty roads.... and then the "high" price is justified..... anything else doesn't make sense. Am I right Reagan?
Wow so no more manual for this current gen? maybe a new Generation is coming soon. Luckily I manage to bought a manual variant late 2021. Also, the answer of the question is YESss. (of course based on my very unbiased opinion. 🤣)
