If this show is much more about entertainment I do think Ramsay still has that same things inside his inner self and despite being a showman. I mean we still feel he respects the food and watches then transmits what he knows.

When I first discovered Bayashi, the first thing that came to my mind is “heart attack” from the amount of cheese he put in his dishes 😂

You know who consumes the most butter per capita as well as the most cheese per capita? France. You know who's consistently near the top of the "most healthy countries on earth" as far as heart health is concerned? France. Bayashi does ridiculous over the top food, but cheese and fat is not even remotely unhealthy and neither is meat. The longest living population - Hong Kong The, by far, highest meat consumption per capita - Hong Kong All of this is based on 40 year old now junk science that has been debunked hundreds of times but its just latched onto the general psyche of western people so its ridiculously hard to get rid of. All your parents and you yourself (depending on your ages) have grown up being told 24/7 "fat bad, carbs good" meanwhile the obesity epidemic correlates incredibly heavily with the reduction of fat consumption and the increase of carbs. The vast majority of heart issues are related to diabetes as well, its not rocket science just dig into it. TL;DR Cheese and fat in general is completely healthy. Avoid seed oils they're literally cancerous and moderate your carb intake heavily.
