Here's a good tip: when you get the option to have debt bailouts the IMF is often the best option. Not only do they bail out some of your debt and reduce interest by 2%, they also usually make you change economic laws so you can change your economy for no pp.
As the dev for the US tree, I can say that in large its due to your army composition and the airforce, you may have air superiority, but are your planes doing more consistent damage to ground units then their ground units are doing to your thin armor and flesh units. Another side note though I do think there is a glitch cause technically once you reach more interest on debt then you earn it I believe forces you to go bankrupt/default. But as for the US itself, believe it or not I was actually complained to a lot cause the amount of debuffs I was giving it was making it so it was unplayable for the AI. While not many changes were made overall if you take a chance to look over the US focus tree and events n stuff you'll see its actually pretty easy to economically collapse....if the conditions are met to do that. Regardless, fun video to watch, next time try more armored stuff since the majority of the US army is armored to some degree or another.
@بان مان BanManXD Nah, Flesh units make sense cause its essentially the naked version of armored units lol. But I also use that term to give the right amount of weight towards using near pure foot infantry versus armored tanks n IFVs n stuff.

On the contrary, the mod reproduces USA pretty well : every few years, there are trouble because of a possible shutdown (which would cost several billion, depending on the time before finding a solution and unblocking that situation or less if resolved quickly) and yet, it is supposed to be one of the most stable country, if you believe notation agencies... (plus it can print trillion of dollars every year and be fine, and countries still accept that money as if it got real value for some reason) (it was really funny when China did its own notation agency too, to show how they view each country's economy, compared to the big 3 US ones -I don't trust any of those agencies as they surely overvalue Western developped countries to make sure they can borrow with little 2% or even negative value% (and keep being the top dogs by borrowing and being more than 100% over their gdp in debt and being fine) while developping countries get some 10% at best, several more at worst. (to make sure they can't develop themselves or they need to bow to China for money, since China (or the Asian Chinese bank) doesn't put IMF like conditions for its loans)
I think you need to check the US Sattelite level. Sattelite giving immense buff on all unit. That's why you had a bit hard time beating US. US starting with a really good satellite.
I've beat America as Germany and France but maybe thats because their equipment starts off more modern. Also I only used IFV's and tanks whereas you are not doing that. Lastly I'm pretty sure your tank divisions combat width is way too high. When I play, I use 35 combat width troops. For context how many times have you seen north Korea defeat South Korea vs the reverse? Now check the combat width of both sides divisions. The south is clearly smaller.
@@Meanbean_official Use smaller units, utilize more APCs and IFVs, and also start the war by bombing the shit out of their air bases and air defences. Like, when i played Ukraine, i was able to gain air superiority over Russia by using strat bombers and strike fighters to obliterate all their air bases on the first day.

The first thing to do with your pp, isn't that to get all perks to max ? (welfare, research, health etc) and then get friends with lot of countries, they will help you and take your debt for no good reason for them :D (and then IMF will too when no one wants to, if you didn't make any tension)
US focus tree is so weird : so many rubber to get while most majors don't have any... (even those countries with lot of oil used to make rubber for car tires for example) so I often have to cheat and give myself rubber.
The creators of millennium dawn are clearly very pro westerners so doesn't surprise me America is the strongest in the game. Still me favorite mod, cant even play any other mod. I kind of find it hilarious that democratic countries cant wage war, you have to be blind to think that makes sense
