Utilities are often overlooked. But things like mixing, attenuating, inverting, and adding offset are what makes patches great. Today we take a closer look at Arkan from Malstrom. A module that can tackle all the basics, but adds voltage controlled polarizing to the mix. So, it can be used as a regular VCA, VC inverter and ring modulator as well. Beside that it can gain or boost signals into distortion or wave shaping. And it can do all that twice.
